 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF
 THESE COMMENTS (BY AUGUST 13, 2022), THE PLANNING
 DIVISION MAY NOTIFY THE APPLICANT THAT THE CASE IS
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE
 A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) STAFF HAS NOTED THAT YOU HAVE THREE EV INSTALLATIONS
 WITHIN ROSEMARY SQUARE.
  
 2) THE CITYPLACE DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL IMPACT, WHICH
 INCLUDES ROSEMARY SQUARE, REQUIRES THAT MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT, TO INCLUDE TRANSFORMERS, IS SCREENED FROM
 PUBLIC VIEW. THE NORTH SIDE OF THE TRANSFORMERS AND
 CONVERSION CABINETS MUST BE SCREENED FROM THE SIDEWALK.
 STAFF WILL NOT APPROVE THE PROJECT WITH UNSCREENED
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ADJACENT TO THE SIDEWALK. NOTE:
 THE TRANSFORMERS WILL NEED TO BE ORIENTED SO THAT THE
 EQUIPMENT CLEAR SPACE ORIENTS TO PARALLEL TO THE
 SIDEWALK WHICH WILL ALLOW SCREENING TO BE INSTALLED
 ALONG THE SIDEWALK.
  
 3) THE PARKING SPACE STRIPING MUST CONFORM TO CITY
 STANDARDS, WHICH REQUIRE WHITE, NOT GREEN STRIPES. THE
 ELECTRIC VEHICLE NOTE MAY BE IN GREEN.
  
 4) THE DIMENSION FOR THE DOUBLE STRIPING SHOWN ON SHEET
 C-201 IS INCORRECT. THE FULL WIDTH OF THE DOUBLE
 STRIPING IS 20 INCHES (4" + 12" + 4"), NOT 21 INCHES.
  
 5) THE ADA ACCESS AISLE IS REQUIRED TO BE WHITE
 REGARDLESS OF THE SURFACE ON WHICH IT IS PAINTED.
  
 6) THE CLUSIA ROSEA IS NOT PERMITTED TO BE USED AT THIS
 LOCATION. YOU WILL NEED TO USE EITHER SCHEFFLERA
 ARBORICOLA GREEN OR PODACRPUS AS BOTH ARE EASIER TO
 MAINTAIN AND CURRENTLY EXIST IN THE PLANTING AREA.
  
 7) PROVIDE THE OVERALL HEIGHT OF THE METER PANEL H
 FRAME STRUCTURE. THE FULL HEIGHT WILL NEED TO BE
 SCREENED BY THE LANDSCAPE.
