 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF TWO
 (2) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PDF FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) ALL PLANS (CIVIL, SITE, LANDSCAPE) NEED TO SHOW THE
 AREA OF THE POTENTIAL FUTURE BEST BUY CONNECTION WITH
 THE LANDSCAPE AND NOT PAVED. AT SUCH TIME AS BEST BUY
 WISHES TO CONSTRUCT THE CONNECTION, THEY WILL NEED TO
 PROVIDE THE REVISED PLANS SHOWING THE PHYSICAL
 CONNECTION.
  
 2) THERE APPEARS TO BE A LIGHT POLE BASE FOR THE PAY
 CANOPY WITHIN THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER ON THE BRANDSMART
 SIDE OF THE SITE. WHILE NO SPECIFICATIONS WERE PROVIDED
 FOR THIS POLE, THE ABOVE GROUND PORTION OF THE POLE (TO
 INCLUDE THE BASE IF IT EXTENDS ABOVE GRADE) MUST MEET
 THE REQUIRED FIVE (5) FOOT SETBACK. THIS SETBACK
 DIMENSION MUST BE CLEARLY SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
  
 3) LIGHT POLES ARE SHOWN IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS ON THE
 SITE/LANDSCAPE PLANS, THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS AND THE
 ELECTRICAL SITE PLAN (PROVIDED WITH THE BUILDING
 PERMIT). THE PLANS MUST BE REVISED TO SHOW CONSISTENT
 CONDITIONS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE OPTIONS ARE TO LOCATE
 THE POLES/FIXTURES AWAY FROM THE TREES OR USE LOWER
 POLE HEIGHTS TO HAVE THE FIXTURES UNDER THE TREE
 CANOPIES. THERE ARE LANDSCAPE CONFLICTS BASED ON THE
 ELECTRIC SITE PLAN.
  
 4) STRUCTURAL SOIL MUST BE USED UNDER THE SIDEWALK
 ADJACENT TO THE GUMBO LIMBO TREE IN THE LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND THAT ALSO CONTAINS THE DUMPSTER AND VACUUM
 EQUIPMENT IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THE CODE COMPLIANT ROOT
 GROWTH AREA. THE LANDSCAPE AND CIVIL PLANS MUST CLEARLY
 INDICATE THE USE OF THE STRUCTURAL SOIL AND ITS
 COMPOSITION.
  
 5) THE IRRIGATION AND TURNING PLANS DO NOT NEED TO BE
 UPDATED AND RESUBMITTED WITH THE MINOR AMENDMENT.
