 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE REVIEW COMMENTS WITHIN 60
 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE COMMENT ISSUANCE (BY JULY 25,
 2022), THE PLANNING DIVISION MAY NOTIFY THE APPLICANT
 THAT THE CASE IS CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING THE TRAFFIC STATEMENT
 REGARDING THAT THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL TRIPS
 RELATED TO THE ADDITIONAL SQUARE FOOTAGE; HOWEVER,
 SINCE THIS IS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT, YOU ARE STILL
 REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A TPS LETTER FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY
 TRAFFIC.
  
 2) THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS FAIL TO SHOW THE CURB
 LINE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS PRE-SUBMITTED TO
 PLANNING ON MARCH 7, 2022 AND APPROVED.
  
 3) THE ELEVATION DRAWINGS DO NOT CALL OUT THE HEIGHT OF
 THE ROOF AND ITS RELATIONSHIP TO THE TOP OF THE
 PARAPET, THOUGH IT SCALES AT FOUR (4) FEET DIFFERENCE.
 VERIFICATION THAT THE ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT WILL
 NOT EXCEED THE HEIGHT OF THE PARAPETS MUST BE PROVIDED
 AS IT IS ON THE CURRENTLY APPROVED DRAWINGS.
  
 4) THE BUILDING SIGNAGE SHOWN ON THE ELEVATION DRAWINGS
 EXCEEDS CODE ALLOWANCES. THE SIGNAGE MUST BE REMOVED
 FROM THE ELEVATION DRAWINGS AS IT WILL BE APPROVED AS
 PART OF A BUILDING PERMIT.
