 OF THE LANDSCAPING OR GROUND COVER INTERRUPT THE 8FT.
 CLEAR PATH. PLEASE ALSO PROVIDE THE 8FT. CLEAR SIDEWALK
 WIDTH ALONG THE SOUTHERN SIDE OF 5TH STREET.
