 USES ARE MEASURED AND CALCULATED DIFFERENTLY THAN

 A. GROUND FLOOR: ORIGINAL APPROVAL AND DAC 15-13 HAS
 QUADRILLE BOULEVARD (AVENUE STREET CLASSIFICATION) AT
 284? OF FRONTAGE. WITH THE 60% ACTIVE USE REQUIREMENT,
 THIS WAS 170? OF ACTIVE USE. PROPOSED ACTIVE USE SAYS
 153?-2? OR 54%.
 B. 2ND FLOOR: ORIGINAL APPROVAL, AND THE VARIANCE
 REQUESTED WITHIN DAC 15-13 HAD 2ND FLOOR FRONTAGE AT
 284' AND ACTIVE USE PROVIDED AT 134' (47%). THE
 VARIANCE REQUEST GRANTED WAS FOR ONLY PROVIDING 47%.
 PROPOSED ACTIVE USE NOW AT 116' (ONLY PROVIDING 41%).
 C. CHANGE IN VARIANCE AMOUNT WOULD REQUIRE NEW VARIANCE
 REQUEST AND DAC APPROVAL.
 RESPONSE: REFER TO APPROVED PLAN A0.09 DATED 10/22/20

 PER SEC. 94-111 (N.)(3.) DESIGNATED PASSENGER LOADING
 AND DROP-OFF AREAS SHALL BE SET BACK A MINIMUM OF 16
 FEET FROM THE BACK OF CURB, SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM THE
 SIDEWALK BY A 5-FOOT-WIDE LANDSCAPE BUFFER AND SHALL BE
 SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY THE CITY TRAFFIC ENGINEER.
 DROP-OFF IS ONLY 12 FEET FROM BACK OF CURB AND REQUIRES
 5-FT LANDSCAPE BUFFER.
 A. PORTE COCHERES ARE SUBJECT TO MINIMUM STANDARDS
 DEPENDING ON SUBDISTRICT LOCATION AND ADJACENCY TO A
 STREET DESIGNATION AND ARE SEPARATED INTO TWO TYPES
 WHICH ARE ILLUSTRATED IN FIGURE IV-22. TYPE A AND TYPE
 "B" PORTE COCHERES SHALL BE ALLOWED FOR CLASS A OFFICE
 BUILDINGS AND HOTELS ONLY.
 B. APPROVED DROP-OFF WAS FOR 2 LANES, WIDENING THE
 DROP-OFF FOR A 3RD LANE IS EXCESSIVE, AS WELL AS A
 WIDER CURB CUT AND INGRESS/EGRESS WIDTH THAN PREVIOUSLY
 APPROVED. NOT CONDUCIVE TO A PEDESTRIAN FRIENDLY
 ENVIRONMENT AND ACTIVE STREET FRONTAGE. PER FIGURE
 IV-22 TYPE A & B PORTE COCHERES ARE LIMITED TO A 25'
 WIDTH IN DRIVE LANES AND INGRESS/EGRESS. ADDITIONALLY,
 REQUIRES A 10' SIDEWALK AROUND THE DROP-OFF. PER SEC.
 94-111(O.)(3.) CURB CUTS, PARKING ENTRANCES, EXITS, AND
 DRIVEWAYS SHALL NOT BE WIDER THAN 25 FEET AS MEASURED
 PARALLEL TO THE STREET AT THE CURB.
 C. WHY THE REMOVAL OF THE CURB AND BOLLARDS ON WESTERN
 PORTION OF HOTEL DROP-OFF? WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS OPEN
 SPACE BEING UTILIZED FOR STAGING OR PARKING OF CARS,
 DROP-OFF NOW ENCROACHES INTO PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PUBLIC
 OPEN SPACE. RECOMMEND REPLACING CURB AND BOLLARDS TO
 PROTECT PEDESTRIANS IN OPEN SPACE AND NARROW DROP-OFF.
 D. PORTE COCHERES SHALL GENERALLY OCCUR AT THE SAME
 ELEVATION AS THE ADJACENT STREET AND ARE LIMITED TO ONE
 OCCURRENCE PER BUILDING FRONTAGE.
 E. CONCERNED WITH ELEVATION AND GRADE CHANGE ON
 SIDEWALK BETWEEN THE HOTEL FRONTAGE/DROP-OFF AREA TO
 4TH ST.
 RESPONSE: PORTE COCHERE WAS REVISED TO COMPLY WITH
 REQUIREMENTS ON IV-22 TYPE B, REFER TO REVISED GROUND
 LEVEL PLAN, CIVIL AND LANDSCAPE. THIS WAS THE
 PREVIOUSLY APPROVED CONDITION. IT HAS THE CURB ALONG
 THE PUBLIC OPEN SPACE, THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 AND SIDEWALK WIDTHS. REFER TO CIVIL DRAWINGS FOR GRADE
 ELEVATIONS.

 STATES MINIMUM DRIVEWAY LENGTH OF 70 FT. FROM QUADRILLE
 BLVD. AS MEASURED FROM THE ULTIMATE RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE
 TO THE FIRST CONFLICT POINT.
 B. PROPOSED CHANGE IN DRIVEWAY DOES NOT APPEAR TO
 PROVIDE 70 FT. IN LENGTH BEFORE FIRST CONFLICT POINT
 C. CONDITION (G.) FINAL LANDSCAPE, HARDSCAPE, AND
 IRRIGATION PLANS SHALL BE PRESENTED TO THE DAC FOR
 REVIEW PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR BUILDING PERMIT.
 D. PROPOSED CHANGES TO OPEN SPACE, LANDSCAPING,
 STREETSCAPE, LANDSCAPED QUADRILLE MEDIAN, ETC. WILL
 REQUIRE THE FINAL LANDSCAPING PLANS TO GO FORWARD TO
 DAC FOR REVIEW.
 E. PLEASE REFERENCE FINAL DAC ORDER 15-13 FOR
 ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS THAT ARE APPLICABLE.

 THE DESIGN WAS RETRACTED TO THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED
 CONDITION.
 [PARTIALLY SATISFIED] FDOT LETTER CHANGED DRIVEWAY
 LENGTH CONDITIONS TO 50FT.
 FINAL OPEN SPACE, LANDSCAPE, HARDSCAPE, AND IRRIGATION
 PLANS SHALL BE PRESENTED TO DAC PRIOR TO BUILDING
 PERMIT.
  
 6. COMMENT: PER FSPR 15-06 SITE PLAN APPROVAL LETTER
 A. CONDITION (11): THE SOUTH SIDE OF 4TH STREET AT
 QUADRILLE BOULEVARD SHALL BE RECONSTRUCTED TO CREATE A
 BULB-OUT TO PROTECT THE ON-STREET PARKING SPACES AND
 NARROW PEDESTRIAN CROSSING.
 B. PLEASE INCLUDE/SHOW THIS ADDITION ON THE PROPOSED
 SITE PLANS.
 C. CONDITION (16): PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF ANY PERMITS FOR
 THE LANDSCAPE OR HARDSCAPE ON SITE, THE APPLICANT SHALL
 PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE LIVING WALL INCLUDING PLANTING
 DETAIL AND PLANT SPECIES.
 D. PLEASE REFERENCE FSPR 15-06 SITE PLAN APPROVAL
 LETTER FOR ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS THAT ARE APPLICABLE.
 UPON REVIEW OF PPRC COMMENTS, MAY WANT TO SCHEDULE A

 ENCLOSED ROOMS (ON SHEET A1.01) NEXT TO THE LARGE
 60-SPACE BIKE STORAGE ADJACENT TO THE GARAGE RAMP AND
 ENTRY LOOP ON THE QUADRILLE SIDE. IF THESE ARE NOT
 MECHANICAL, PLEASE REFLECT ON FAR CALCULATIONS AND
 GROSS BUILDING AREA, (SHEET A0.07 - DIAGRAM -FAR)
  
 - LANDSCAPE PLANS AND CIVIL PLANS STILL SHOW INCORRECT
 SITE CONDITIONS, SPECIFICALLY WITH HOTEL/OFFICE DROP
