 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
  
 1. SATISFIED. THE PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AREAS IDENTIFIED AS
 GARDEN COURTYARD HAVE BEEN REDUCED IN SIZE FROM THE
 LAST APPROVAL. PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE
 AMOUNT OF REDUCTION FOR EACH SPACE. CORRECT THE GARDEN
 COURTYARD ACTIVE USE ABUTMENT REQUIREMENT TO 2 SIDES OR
 75%.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW THE CALCULATIONS FOR TREE
 CANOPY BY SPECIES FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL OPEN SPACE PER
 SECTION 94-109 TABLE IV-8. PROVIDE A DIAGRAM SHOWING
 THE VEGETATED AREA WITHIN EACH OPEN SPACE. THE PROVIDED
 EXHIBITS SHOW ONLY THE OUTLINE AREA.
  
 3. SATISFIED. THE EXPANDED DROP OFF AREA REMOVES PART
 OF THE PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AND REMOVES ONE ROW OF OAK
 TREE CANOPY FROM THE PAVED AREA. STAFF SUGGESTS ADDING
 THE CANOPY TREES TO THE AREA TO THE EAST TO PROVIDE
 SHADE TO MINIMIZE THE HEAT ISLAND AFFECT.
  
 4. SATISFIED. ADD THE STREET TREE BACK ON THE NORTH
 SIDE OF THE CIRCLE ON THE WEST STREETSCAPE.
  
 5. SATISFIED. AMEND THE STRUCTURAL SOIL DETAIL TO USE
 CU STRUCTURAL SOIL OR SIMILAR. SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF
 STRUCTURAL SOIL ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. LOCATIONS FOR
 STRUCTURAL SOIL UNDER SIDEWALKS ADJACENT TO STREET
 TREES MUST BE SHOWN CLEARLY ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AS
 REQUIRED IN SECTION 94-113.
  
 6. SATISFIED. THE MEDIAN PLANTINGS ON QUADRILLE BLVD
 ARE TO REMAIN AS APPROVED AS SPECIFIED BY STAFF WITH
 PERENNIAL PEANUT GROUND COVER AND BULNESIA TREES TO BE
 CONSISTENT WITH THE REST OF THE STREETSCAPE. SOME
 SHEETS ARE SHOWING PALM SYMBOLS.
  
 7. SATISFIED. WATER, SEWER AND FIRE LINE LOCATIONS ARE
 IN CONFLICT WITH TREES IN SEVERAL LOCATIONS ON THE EAST
 SIDE OF THE PROJECT. ADJUST LINE LOCATIONS TO AVOID
 CONFLICT AND ALLOW ENOUGH SUSTAINABLE ROOT ZONE BETWEEN
 ROOT BARRIER LOCATIONS. SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF THE
 UTILITIES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 8. SATISFIED. EXPLAIN IF THERE ARE ANY CHANGES TO THE
 GREEN WALL AREA, STRUCTURE, OR PLANT MATERIAL.
