 THE CITY CLERK?S SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED (AS SHOWN).
  
 3. PLEASE CONFIRM WITH VINCE NOEL AS TO WHETHER SEALS

 7. THE PLAT NEEDS TO INCLUDE THE DEDICATION OF THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR THE EXISTING ROUNDABOUT AT PARKER
 AVENUE AND MADDOCK STREET.
  
 8. THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT IN THE NORTHEAST CORNER
 (RUNNING FROM MADDOCK STREET TO GEORGIA AVENUE) SHOULD
 NOT BE INDICATED AS ?PROPOSED? AS I BELIEVE THIS
 EASEMENT HAS ALREADY BEEN DEDICATED. ENSURE THAT THE
 LOCATION OF THE EASEMENT MATCHES THAT WHICH WAS
 DEDICATED.
  
 9. THE PLAT NEEDS TO INCLUDE THE FDOT PARCEL ALONG THE
 WEST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY, AS WELL AS THE 15-FOOT STRIP
 AT THE SOUTHERN END OF GEORGIA AVENUE.
