 11/18/22 SUBMITTAL. PREVIOUSLY SATISFIED COMMENTS ARE
 NOT INCLUDED.
  
 2. [SATISFIED] SHOWING FLOATING TURBIDITY CURTAINS
 AROUND THE OUTFALL(S) IN THE CANAL TO THE NORTH OF THE
 SITE ON SHEET C-010. ADDITIONAL COMMENT: INCLUDE
 FLOATING TURBIDITY CURTAIN AROUND THE OUTFALL PIPE FROM
 STRUCTURE IN THE ALLEY, APPROXIMATELY 125 FEET EAST OF
 THE OUTFALL SHOWN ON THE OUTFALL SWPP PLAN VIEW ON
 SHEET C-010. THERE ARE TWO OUTFALL PIPES INTO THE CANAL
 THAT WILL NEED FLOATING TURBIDITY BARRIERS AROUND THEM.
 THIS CAN BE ADDRESSED WITH THE ENGINEERING PERMIT
 SUBMITTAL.
  
  
 9. [NOT SATISFIED] PROVIDE THE AGREEMENT OR EASEMENT
 FOR THE DRAINAGE FROM THE PROPERTY TO THE WEST TO
 CONNECT TO THE ONSITE DRAINAGE SYSTEM. ADDITIONAL
 COMMENT - THE EASEMENT AGREEMENT (ORB13408 PG 1500
 COVERS THE AREA EAST OF THE COMMON PARCEL LINE BEING
 USED BY THE WEST PROPERTY OWNER (EASEMENT PARCEL).
 THERE ARE DRAINAGE FACILITIES ON THE WEST PROPERTY
 RECEIVING STORMWATER RUNOFF FROM AREAS OUTSIDE THE
 EASEMENT PARCEL THAT CONVEY RUNOFF THROUGH THE EAST
 PROPERTIES DRAINAGE SYSTEM. AS FAR AS STAFF CAN
 DISCERN, THE 1.74 ACRE SITE TO THE WEST DOES NOT HAVE A
 SFWMD ERP. THE DRY DETENTION AREAS AND UNDERDRAINS ON
 THE EAST PROPERTY WERE SIZED FOR THE AREA OF THE EAST
 PROPERTY ONLY.

 14. [PARTIALLY SATISFIED ??? PROVIDE UPDATED REFERENCES
 ON THE ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL] REVIEW AND UPDATE
 THE NOTES ON THE PAVING AND GRADING PLAN SHEET. NOTES
 REFERENCE NGVD 1929, PBC TYPICAL T-P-10-001, FDOT
 STANDARD INDEX NUMBERS, ETC. ALL ELEVATION INFORMATION
 SHOULD BE REFERENCED TO NAVD1988, INCLUDING THE STORM
 DRAINAGE STRUCTURE TABLE.

 UPDATE THE CITY'S STANDARD DETAILS TO THE LATEST

 STANDARD PARKING STALL DETAIL, THE 12-INCH LONG STRIPE
 CONNECTING THE PARALLEL STRIPES CAN BE PARALLEL TO THE
 TRAVEL LANE, THUS CREATING 60-DEGREE AND 30-DEGREE
 ANGLES WITH THE PARALLEL STRIPES.

 THE BACK OF THE 90-DEGREE SMALL CAR PARKING STALL?

 DIVIDE LINE FOR THE PAVEMENT DRAINING TO THE INTERNAL
 DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND FOR THE DRIVEWAY PAVEMENT DRAINING
 TO CONGRESS AVE RIGHT OF WAY.
  
 23. ON THE DRIVEWAY TO OKEECHOBEE BLVD., SHOW THE
 DRAINAGE DIVIDE FOR THE PAVEMENT DRAINING TO THE
 INTERNAL DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND FOR THE DRIVEWAY DRAINING
 TO THE RIGHT OF WAY.
  
 24. FOR SECTION A-A, EXTEND THE SECTION TO THE FACE OF
 THE BUILDING. LABEL THE FFE.
  
 25. FOR SECTION B-B, EXTEND THE SECTION TO THE BACK OF
 CURB AROUND THE LANDSCAPE AREA ADJACENT TO THE
 BUILDING.
  
 26. FOR SECTION C-C, EXTEND THE SECTION TO THE FACE OF
 BUILDING. MOVE THE SECTION EASTWARD TO AVOID THE
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND.
  
 27. THE FLOW ARROWS APPEAR TO CONFLICT WITH THE GRADES
 FOR THE PARKING AREA WHERE SECTION C-C IS SHOWN. THE
 SPOT GRADES OF 1869 AND 18.68 APPEAR TO BE LOW SPOTS.
 THE SOUTH EDGE OF THE PARKING AREA IS LOWER THAN THE
 CATCH BASIN GRATE ELEVATIONS.
  
 28. TRENCH DRAIN CONNECTED TO DS-12 APPEARS TO BE A
 FLOOR DRAINAGE SYSTEM WITHIN THE BUILDING ADDITION. IF
 THIS TRENCH DRAIN DOES NOT RECEIVE STORMWATER RUNOFF,
 IT SHOULD BE ROUTED TO THE SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM. IF IT
 DOES RECEIVE STORMWATER RUNOFF AND FLOW FROM THE
 SERVICE BAYS, IT SHOULD BE ROUTED THROUGH AN OIL-WATER
 SEPARATOR.
  
 29. IF THE TRENCH DRAIN CONNECTED TO DS-13 IS NOT
 EXPOSED TO STORMWATER RUNOFF, IT SHOULD BE ROUTED TO
 THE SANITARY SEWER.
  
 30. WHY IS THE PIPE CONNECTED TO DS-14 SO LARGE
 (18-INCH)? WHAT FLOW WILL IT CARRY?
  
 31. CONFIRM RIM ELEVATION (17.17) FOR STRUCTURE DS-11.
 EXISTING RIM ELEVATION IS 17.71 FT NAVD ACCORDING TO
 THE SURVEY.
  
 32. IT APPEARS ADDITIONAL EXISTING PAVEMENT DEMOLITION
 WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE LANDSCAPE AREA AROUND THE NEW
 DUMPSTER LOCATION.
