 7/15/2022 SUBMITTAL:
  
 1. [SATISFIED] ARE THE FDOT STANDARD NOTES ON SHEET
 C-001 CURRENT? THERE IS NO MENTION OF THE STANDARD
 PLANS THAT REPLACED THE STANDARD INDEX AND NOTE 18
 REFERENCES WEST MELBOURNE OPERATIONS OFFICE.
  
 2. [PARTIALLY SATISFIED] SHOWING FLOATING TURBIDITY
 CURTAINS AROUND THE OUTFALL(S) IN THE CANAL TO THE
 NORTH OF THE SITE ON SHEET C-010. ADDITIONAL COMMENT:
 INCLUDE FLOATING TURBIDITY CURTAIN AROUND THE OUTFALL
 PIPE FROM STRUCTURE IN THE ALLEY, APPROXIMATELY 125
 FEET EAST OF THE OUTFALL SHOWN ON THE OUTFALL SWPP PLAN
 VIEW ON SHEET C-010.
  
 3. [SATISFIED] INLET PROTECTION MAY BE NEEDED FOR THE
 DRAINAGE STRUCTURES WITHIN CONGRESS AVE. AND NEXT TO
 AND IN THE ALLEY.
  
 4. [SATISFIED - CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE WAS MOVED TO
 ALLEY] PROVIDE FDOT APPROVAL FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
 ENTRANCE/EXIT ON OKEECHOBEE BLVD.
  
 5. [SATISFIED] LIST THE VERTICAL DATUM ON EVERY SHEET
 WITH ELEVATION INFORMATION AND PROVIDE THE CONVERSION
 EQUATION TO NGVD1929.
  
 6. [NOT SATISFIED - SURVEY WAS NOT FOUND IN THE
 SUBMITTAL PACKAGE] THE CITY'S OFFICIAL VERTICAL DATUM
 IS NGVD1929. THE CITY HAS ALLOWED THE USE OF NAVD1988
 AS LONG AS THE CONVERSION EQUATION TO NGVD1929 AT THE
 PROJECT LOCATION IS PROVIDED. PROVIDE THE CONVERSION TO
 NGVD1929 ON THE SURVEY.
  
 7. [SATISFIED] PROVIDE FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATIONS FOR
 THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED BUILDINGS.
  
 8. [SATISFIED] INDICATE WHERE THE DRAINAGE PICKED UP BY
 STRUCTURES DS-01 THROUGH DS-08 AND DS-15 WILL DISCHARGE
 TO. THERE MAY BE A SOUTH PIPE CONNECTED TO STRUCTURE
 DS-13 THAT CONNECTS TO A MANHOLE UNDER THE CARPORT
 AREA. FROM THIS MANHOLE THERE MAY BE PIPES GOING TO THE
 WEST AND SOUTH. PERHAPS STRUCTURE DS-04 COULD BE
 INSTALLED OVER THE WEST PIPE IF THE MANHOLE UNDER THE
 CARPORT IS TO REMAIN ALONG WITH THE WEST AND NORTH
 PIPES CONNECTED TO THIS MANHOLE.
  
 9. [NOT SATISFIED] PROVIDE THE AGREEMENT OR EASEMENT
 FOR THE DRAINAGE FROM THE PROPERTY TO THE WEST TO
 CONNECT TO THE ONSITE DRAINAGE SYSTEM. ADDITIONAL
 COMMENT - THE EASEMENT AGREEMENT (ORB13408 PG 1500
 COVERS THE AREA EAST OF THE COMMON PARCEL LINE BEING
 USED BY THE WEST PROPERTY OWNER (EASEMENT PARCEL).
 THERE ARE DRAINAGE FACILITIES ON THE WEST PROPERTY
 RECEIVING STORMWATER RUNOFF FROM AREAS OUTSIDE THE
 EASEMENT PARCEL THAT CONVEY RUNOFF THROUGH THE EAST
 PROPERTIES DRAINAGE SYSTEM. AS FAR AS STAFF CAN
 DISCERN, THE 1.74 ACRE SITE TO THE WEST DOES NOT HAVE A
 SFWMD ERP. THE DRY DETENTION AREAS AND UNDERDRAINS ON
 THE EAST PROPERTY WERE SIZED FOR THE AREA OF THE EAST
 PROPERTY ONLY.
  
 10. [SATISFIED] SHOW EXISTING AND PROPOSED UTILITIES ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 11. [SATISFIED] OKEECHOBEE BLVD IS MAINTAINED BY FDOT.
 CONGRESS AVE IS MAINTAINED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 PERMITS MAY BE REQUIRED FROM THE AGENCIES IF WORK IS
 PROPOSED WITHIN THEIR RESPECTIVE RIGHT OF WAY.
  
 12. SATISFIED] PROVIDE SPOT GRADES AND/OR SHOW FLOW
 ARROWS INDICATING HOW EACH AREA WILL BE SLOPED FOR
 STORMWATER RUNOFF.
  
 NEW COMMENTS (7/15/22 SUBMITTAL)
  
 13. FOR ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL, INCLUDE
 'DRAINAGE' IN THE SHEET TITLE OF THE PAVING AND GRADING
 PLAN (SHEET C-200).
  
 14. REVIEW AND UPDATE THE NOTES ON THE PAVING AND
 GRADING PLAN SHEET. NOTES REFERENCE NGVD 1929, PBC
 TYPICAL T-P-10-001, FDOT STANDARD INDEX NUMBERS, ETC.
 ALL ELEVATION INFORMATION SHOULD BE REFERENCED TO
 NAVD1988, INCLUDING THE STORM DRAINAGE STRUCTURE TABLE.
  
 15. FOR ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL, UPDATE THE CITY'S
 STANDARD DETAILS TO THE LATEST VERSION.
  
 16. SHOW MILL AND RESURFACING LIMITS ON OKEECHOBEE
 BLVD.
  
 17. SHOW THE EXISTING PIPE CONNECTED ON THE NORTH SIDE
 OF THE CATCH BASIN IN THE ALLEY NORTH OF THE DRY
