 COMMENTS:
  
 THE INCLUSION OF THE DOCUMENT "RESPONSE TO COMMENTS" IS
 NOTED BUT IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO INCLUDE A NARRATIVE OF
 THE RESPONSE TO THE BUILDING COMMENTS.
  
 1. THIS REVIEW IS A CURSORY REVIEW AS IT RELATES TO THE
 SITE. IT IS NOT A REVIEW FOR FULL COMPLIANCE WITH
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE TO BE
 ADDRESSED FOR THE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 2. ACCESSIBLE ROUTE. SITE PLAN, SHEET C-100, SITE PLAN,
 STILL DOES NOT SHOW A WHEECHAIR ACCESSIBLE ROUTE FROM
 THE SIDEWALK TO BUILDING #1 (SHOWROOM). WHEN SUBMITTED
 FOR PERMIT, THE PLANS SHALL SHOW AT LEAST ONE
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE, COMPLYING WITH SECTIONS 206.2 AND
 402.2 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE, FROM THE PUBLIC
 RIGHT-OF-WAY TO ALL ACCESSIBLE BUILDING OR FACILITY
 ENTRANCES.
  
 3. ACCESSIBLE ROUTE BETWEEN BUILDINGS. SHEET C-100,
 SITE PLAN, STILL DOES NOT SHOW A WHEECHAIR ACCESSIBLE
 ROUTE FROM THE BUILDING #4 (GENESIS BUILDING) TO
 BUILDING #1 (SHOWROOM). WHEN SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT THE
 PLANS MUST SHOW AT LEAST ONE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE,
 COMPLYING WITH SECTIONS 206.2 AND 402.2 OF FLORIDA
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE, CONNECTING ACCESSIBLE BUILDING OR
 FACILITY ENTRANCES WITH ALL ACCESSIBLE SPACES AND
 ELEMENTS WITHIN THE BUILDING OR FACILITY
  
 4. LOCATION OF ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES. SITE PLAN,
 SHEET C-100, NOW SHOWS THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES
 CLOSER TO THE BUILDING ENTRANCES BUT THE LOCATION OF
 THE EAST ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE OUTSIDE BUILDING #1
 WOULD REQUIRE THE USER TO PASS BEHIND SOMEONE ELSE'S
 PARKED VEHICLE TO GET TO THE BUILDING ENTRANCE. PER
 SECTION 208.3 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE, ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACES ARE TO BE LOCATED ON THE SHORTEST
 POSSIBLE SAFE ROUTE OF TRAVEL FROM ADJACENT PARKING TO
 AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE. THE DESIGN OF ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 502 OF FLORIDA
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
  
 5. ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION. INFORMATIONAL
 COMMENT. IF ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV) CHARGING STATIONS ARE
 PROVIDED AT LEAST 1 IN 25 MUST COMPLY WITH ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 6. BUILDING SIZE. INFORMATIONAL COMMENT. WHEN SUBMITTED
 FOR BUILDING PERMIT, THE PLANS SHALL SHOW THAT THE TYPE
 OF CONSTRUCTION FOR THE BUILDINGS WILL BE IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH THE HEIGHT, AREA AND OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS IN
 CHAPTER 5 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 7. THE ADDITION TO THE EXISTING BUILDING IS COVERED BY
 CHAPTER 11 OF THE FLORIDA EXISTING BUILDING CODE.
 INFORMATIONAL COMMENT. THE HEIGHT AND/OR AREA INCREASE
 DUE TO THE PROPOSED ADDITION SHALL NOT INCREASE THE
 TOTAL BUILDING HEIGHT AND/OR AREA BEYOND THAT ALLOWED
 UNDER THE APPLICABLE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 5 OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE FOR THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION
 USED.
  
 8. GREASE/PETROLEUM INTERCEPTOR. INFORMATIONAL COMMENT.
 A GREASE/PETROLEUM INTERCEPTOR WILL BE REQUIRED. FOR
 INFORMATION ON THE REQUIRED TYPE, SIZE AND LOCATION,

 9. SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED. INFORMATIONAL COMMENT.
 ALL APPLICABLE PERMITS AND SUB-PERMITS MUST BE OBTAINED
 BEFORE COMMENCING THE WORK. SEPARATE PERMITS, PLANS AND
 FEES, ARE REQUIRED FOR SIGNS, GAS SYSTEMS, GENERATORS,
 FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS, FIRE SPRINKLER AND OTHER FIRE
 SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS, GREASE INTERCEPTORS, SITE
 LIGHTING, SITE LANDSCAPE, SITE IRRIGATION, ETC.
  
 10. BUILDING ADDRESS. INFORMATIONAL COMMENT. EACH
 SEPARATE BUILDING, AND UNIT WITH AN INDEPENDENT
 ENTRANCE FROM THE STREET, SHALL HAVE A SEPARATE ADDRESS
 ASSIGNED BASED ON THE LOCATION OF THE BUILDING
