2022-05-12 12:51:02THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. ARE THE FDOT STANDARD NOTES ON SHEET C-001 CURRENT?
 THERE IS NO MENTION OF THE STANDARD PLANS THAT REPLACED
 THE STANDARD INDEX AND NOTE 18 REFERENCES WEST
 MELBOURNE OPERATIONS OFFICE.
  
 2. SHOWING FLOATING TURBIDITY CURTAINS AROUND THE
 OUTFALL(S) IN THE CANAL TO THE NORTH OF THE SITE ON
 SHEET C-010.
  
 3. INLET PROTECTION MAY BE NEEDED FOR THE DRAINAGE
 STRUCTURES WITHIN CONGRESS AVE. AND NEXT TO AND IN THE
 ALLEY.
  
 4. PROVIDE FDOT APPROVAL FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
 ENTRANCE/EXIT ON OKEECHOBEE BLVD.
  
 5. LIST THE VERTICAL DATUM ON EVERY SHEET WITH
 ELEVATION INFORMATION AND PROVIDE THE CONVERSION
 EQUATION TO NGVD1929.
  
 6. THE CITY?S OFFICIAL VERTICAL DATUM IS NGVD1929. THE
 CITY HAS ALLOWED THE USE OF NAVD1988 AS LONG AS THE
 CONVERSION EQUATION TO NGVD1929 AT THE PROJECT LOCATION
 IS PROVIDED. PROVIDE THE CONVERSION TO NGVD1929 ON THE
 SURVEY.
  
 7. PROVIDE FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATIONS FOR THE EXISTING
 AND PROPOSED BUILDINGS.
  
 8. INDICATE WHERE THE DRAINAGE PICKED UP BY STRUCTURES
 DS-01 THROUGH DS-08 AND DS-15 WILL DISCHARGE TO. THERE
 MAY BE A SOUTH PIPE CONNECTED TO STRUCTURE DS-13 THAT
 CONNECTS TO A MANHOLE UNDER THE CARPORT AREA. FROM THIS
 MANHOLE THERE MAY BE PIPES GOING TO THE WEST AND SOUTH.
 PERHAPS STRUCTURE DS-04 COULD BE INSTALLED OVER THE
 WEST PIPE IF THE MANHOLE UNDER THE CARPORT IS TO REMAIN
 ALONG WITH THE WEST AND NORTH PIPES CONNECTED TO THIS
 MANHOLE.
  
 9. PROVIDE THE AGREEMENT OR EASEMENT FOR THE DRAINAGE
 FROM THE PROPERTY TO THE WEST TO CONNECT TO THE ONSITE
 DRAINAGE SYSTEM.
  
 10. SHOW EXISTING AND PROPOSED UTILITIES ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 11. OKEECHOBEE BLVD IS MAINTAINED BY FDOT. CONGRESS AVE
 IS MAINTAINED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY. PERMITS MAY BE
 REQUIRED FROM THE AGENCIES IF WORK IS PROPOSED WITHIN
 THEIR RESPECTIVE RIGHT OF WAY.
  
 12. PROVIDE SPOT GRADES AND/OR SHOW FLOW ARROWS
 INDICATING HOW EACH AREA WILL BE SLOPED FOR STORMWATER
 RUNOFF.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. DRAINAGE SYSTEM TO BE DESIGNED TO MEET SFWMD ERP
 CRITERIA. STORMWATER CALCULATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED WITH
 THE ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 2. PROVIDE COPY OF SFWMD ERP PERMIT MODIFICATION BEFORE
 START OF CONSTRUCTION.
