 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PERMIT PLAN FOR
 THIS SITE FROM 2005 SHOULD BE USED AS THE BASE
 APPROVAL. PERMIT IS 05051287.
 THERE ARE TREES SHOWN ON THAT PLAN THAT NEED TO BE
 REFLECTED AS REPLACED OR SPECIES CHANGED ON THE
 PROPOSED PLAN.
  
  
 2. SATISFIED. PROVIDE THE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW AT LEAST
 30% OF THE LINEAR FOOTAGE OF THE PERIMETER OF THE
 BUILDING IS LANDSCAPED. THE VALUE OF THE BUILDING IS
 $281,385 PER THE PROPERTY APPRAISER. THE PROJECTED COST
 OF THE CHANGES FOR THE BUILDING ARE EXPECTED TO EXCEED
 $140,643.00, EXCEEDING 50% OF THE VALUE.
 THE PLAN SHOWS FOUNDATION LANDSCAPING THAT APPEARS TO
 MEET THE REQUIREMENT, BUT THE CALCULATIONS WERE NOT
 PROVIDED ON SHEET LP-2.
  
 3. SATISFIED. THE CORNER CLIP SHOWN EXCEEDS THE SAFE
 SIGHT TRIANGLE REQUIREMENT, THIS NEEDS TO BE EVALUATED
 WITH TRAFFIC AND ENGINEERING TO FIND WHAT IS CURRENTLY
 REQUIRED.
  
  
 4. SATISFIED. SHOW ALL THE SITE CALCULATIONS AND
 REQUIREMENTS FOR LANDSCAPING AND INDICATE CHANGES FROM
 THE APPROVED PLAN AND UPDATE TO MEET CURRENT
 REQUIREMENTS.
 THE CALCULATIONS WERE NOT PROVIDED ON SHEET LP-2.
  
 5. SATISFIED. FLORIDA FRIENDLY POINTS ARE TAKEN FOR
 ADDITIONAL SHADE TREES IN THE VEHICULAR USE AREAS. SHOW
 THE LOCATIONS OF THE ADDITIONAL TREES.
  
 6. SATISFIED. LIGHTING LOCATIONS SHOWN CONFLICT WITH
 TREE LOCATIONS. REVISE.
  
 7. SATISFIED. SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL GROUND MOUNTED
 EQUIPMENT AND VALVES AND PROVIDE SCREENING.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
