 6/10/2022 SUBMITTAL:
  
 1.[SATISFIED] INDICATE IF THERE IS AN OUTFALL PIPE FOR
 THE EXISTING DRAINAGE SYSTEM.
  
 2.[NOT SATISFIED] CONFIRM THE EXISTING EXFILTRATION
 SYSTEM IS FUNCTIONING AS DESIGNED. PRB'S MAY BE
 REQUIRED FOR CONNECTIONS TO EXFILTRATION PIPE.
  
 3. [NOT SATISFIED] PROVIDE ELEVATION INFORMATION OF
 EXISTING DRAINAGE AND SANITARY SEWER STRUCTURES
 (RIM/GRATE ELEVATIONS, INVERTS, BOTTOM ELEVATION,
 ETC.). [SATISFIED] LABEL VERTICAL DATUM AND PROVIDE
 CONVERSION EQUATION TO NGVD1929.
  
 4. [NOT SATISFIED] REMOVE CURBS CROSSING THE SIDEWALK
 IN THE RIGHT OF WAY. ADDED COMMENT ? ENGINEERING PLANS
 DO NOT MATCH THE SITE PLAN IN THIS REGARD
  
 NEW COMMENTS:
 5. SHOW ON THE PAVING AND DRAINAGE PLAN THE OUTLINE OF
 THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND TO BE REMOVED AND PAVED AND THE
 PORTION OF THE PARKING TO BE REMOVED AND LANDSCAPED.
 SHOW PROPOSED CURBING WHERE LANDSCAPE ISLAND IS BEING
 REMOVED.
  
 6. STANDARD PARKING SPACE IS 8.5 FEET BY 18 FEET. SITE
 PLAN CALLS OUT 10 FEET BY 18 FEET BUT SCALE 9.5 FEET
 (AND 8.5) BY 18 FEET. IF WIDTH OF STANDARD PARKING
 SPACE IS USED THEN THE WIDTH OF THE FRONT PARKING LOT
 WOULD ONLY NEED TO BE 93.5 FEET FOR 8 PARKING SPACES, 1
 TURN AROUND SPACE AND 1 HANDICAP PARKING SPACE WITH
 ACCESS AISLE INSTEAD OF 101+/- FEET SCALED ON THE SITE
 PLAN.
  
 7. ADVISE IF THERE WILL BE A SIDEWALK CONNECTION
 BETWEEN THE NORTH END OF THE HANDICAP PARKING ACCESS
 AISLE AND THE SIDEWALK ALONG PALM BEACH LAKES BLVD. IF
 SO, CALL OUT THE NEW SIDEWALK AND THE CURB REMOVAL ON
 THE ENGINEERING PLANS. CONFIRM THE SIDEWALK CONNECTION
 WILL MEET ADA SLOPE REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCESSIBLE ROUTE.
 WILL THE EXISTING PALM TREE (#535) BE IN CONFLICT?
  
 8. MOVE THE STOP SIGN AND STOP BAR TO WITHIN 4 FEET OF
 THE WEST PROPERTY LINE.
  
 9. PROVIDE THE SPOT ELEVATIONS FROM THE SURVEY ONTO THE
 ENGINEERING PLANS.
  
 10. PROVIDE PARKING STRIPING DETAIL. REFER TO SECTION
 94-485 OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
