 REQUIRED MINIMUM DISTANCE BETWEEN BIKE RACKS IS 30
 INCHES AND THE REQUIRE MINIMUM DEPTH FOR BIKE RACKS IS
 72 INCHES. THEREFORE, UPDATE THE BIKE RACK DETAILS,
 ACCORDINGLY.
 22. IT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED THAT THE PROPOSED TOTAL
 ENCLOSED AREA (NOT INCLUDING THE SECOND AND THIRD
 FLOORS) IS 33,936 SQUARE FEET. THEREFORE, PLEASE REVISE
