 7/15/2022 SUBMITTAL:
  
 1. [SATISFIED - AN EXTRA PIPE WAS ADDED TO THE CATCH
 BASIN ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 27TH STREET. ADVISE WHERE
 THIS INFORMATION CAME FROM.] REVISE THE LAYOUT OF THE
 EXISTING STORM PIPE CROSSING 27TH STREET BY MOVING THE
 NORTH END OF THE PIPE FROM THE CATCH BASIN (WITH RIM
 ELEVATION 12.28 FT NAVD) TO A MANHOLE THAT IS LOCATED
 IN THE SWALE OF ELECTRONICS WAY EAST OF THE CATCH
 BASIN. THEN ADD AN EXISTING 36 INCH RCP PIPE BETWEEN
 THE MANHOLE AND THE CATCH BASIN TO THE WEST.
  
 2. [SATISFIED] REVIEW THE PROPOSED GRADING OF THE
 INTERIOR SWALE ALONG THE NORTH PERIMETER. NEARLY 12.5
 FEET IS NEEDED BETWEEN THE CORNER OF THE SIDEWALK (AT
 NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE BUILDING) AND THE NORTH
 PROPERTY LINE BUT THERE IS ONLY ABOUT 10.5 FEET.
 APPROXIMATELY 12.5 FEET IS NEEDED BETWEEN THE BIKE RACK
 AND NORTH PROPERTY LINE BUT ONLY 10 FEET IS AVAILABLE
 (SECTION B-B).
  
 3. [SATISFIED] SECTION D-D - INDICATE HOW THE GROUND
 WILL SLOPE BETWEEN THE FENCE AND BACK OF CURB. PROVIDE
 A SWALE BETWEEN THE FENCE AND THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE
 TO PREVENT DIRECT RUNOFF ONTO THE ADJACENT PROPERTY.
  
 4. [SATISFIED] CONSIDER REDUCING THE PARKING SPACES
 ALONG THE WEST PROPERTY LINE AND PROVIDE 2 FEET OF
 OVERHANG. TYPE D CURB COULD REPLACE THE WHEEL STOPS.
  
 5. [SATISFIED] MOVE THE HIGH POINT OF THE DRIVEWAY
 CLOSER TO THE EAST PROPERTY LINE SO THAT A PORTION OR
 ALL OF THE LOADING PARKING SPACE WILL DRAIN TO THE
 INTERIOR OF THE SITE INSTEAD OF THE RIGHT OF WAY.
  
 6. [SATISFIED] LIST THE TOP OF TRENCH ELEVATION AND
 BOTTOM OF TRENCH ELEVATION ON THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH
 DETAIL CROSS SECTION.
  
 7. [SATISFIED] THE CITY DOES NOT ALLOW THE USE OF
 BLEEDERS WITH EXFILTRATION TRENCH SYSTEMS.
  
 8. [SATISFIED] ON SHEETS 4 AND 5, WHAT DOES THE HEAVY
 SINGLE SHORT DASH - LONG DASH LINE REPRESENT THAT IS
 SHOWN IN THE INTERIOR OF THE WEST PARCEL?
  
 9. [SATISFIED] SITE IS LOCATED WITHIN A SPECIAL FLOOD
 HAZARD AREA. MINIMUM TWO FEET OF FREEBOARD ARE REQUIRED
 ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION.
  
 NEW COMMENTS (06/08/22 SUBMITTAL):
  
 10. [SATISFIED] CIVIL PLANS DO NOT MATCH THE
 ARCHITECTURAL PLANS OR LANDSCAPE PLANS. THE CIVIL PLANS
 REMOVED THE SIDEWALK ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING.
 THIS MAY AFFECT THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN AND LANDSCAPE
 PLAN.
  
 11. [SATISFIED] ADD VERTICAL DATUM REFERENCE AND
 CONVERSION EQUATION TO ENGINEERING SHEET 7.
  
 NEW COMMENTS (7/15/22 SUBMITTAL):
  
 12. FOR ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL,COORDINATE THE
 LISTED PRB'S AND WEIRS ON THE PAVING, GRADING AND
 DRAINAGE PLAN AND THE CORRESPONDING ITEMS' DETAIL NAME
 ON THE DETAIL SHEET. FOR EXAMPLE, THE TYPE E INLET AT
 THE NORTH END OF THE PARKING LOT CALLS OUT PRBS AND AN
 INVERTED WEIR AND THE CS-1 STRUCTURE CALLS OUT A WEIR.
 THE CORRESPONDING DETAILS ON SHEET 7 APPEAR TO BE
 CALLED "POLLUTION CONTROL BAFFLE" AND INVERTED
 POLLUTION CONTROL BAFFLE WEIR". WILL THE INLET AT THE
 NORTH END OF THE PARKING LOT HAVE A WEIR? WHICH WALL
 WILL IT BE LOCATED ON?
  
 13. FOR ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL, NUMBER THE
 DRAINAGE AND SANITARY STRUCTURES FOR EASE OF REFERENCE,
 INCLUDING EXISTING STRUCTURES THAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE
 IMPACTED BY THE DEVELOPMENT.
