2022-05-12 12:55:17THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. REVISE THE LAYOUT OF THE EXISTING STORM PIPE
 CROSSING 27TH STREET BY MOVING THE NORTH END OF THE
 PIPE FROM THE CATCH BASIN (WITH RIM ELEVATION 12.28 FT
 NAVD) TO A MANHOLE THAT IS LOCATED IN THE SWALE OF
 ELECTRONICS WAY EAST OF THE CATCH BASIN. THEN ADD AN
 EXISTING 36 INCH RCP PIPE BETWEEN THE MANHOLE AND THE
 CATCH BASIN TO THE WEST.
  
 2. REVIEW THE PROPOSED GRADING OF THE INTERIOR SWALE
 ALONG THE NORTH PERIMETER. NEARLY 12.5 FEET IS NEEDED
 BETWEEN THE CORNER OF THE SIDEWALK (AT NORTHWEST CORNER
 OF THE BUILDING) AND THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE BUT THERE
 IS ONLY ABOUT 10.5 FEET. APPROXIMATELY 12.5 FEET IS
 NEEDED BETWEEN THE BIKE RACK AND NORTH PROPERTY LINE
 BUT ONLY 10 FEET IS AVAILABLE (SECTION B-B).
  
 3. SECTION D-D - INDICATE HOW THE GROUND WILL SLOPE
 BETWEEN THE FENCE AND BACK OF CURB. PROVIDE A SWALE
 BETWEEN THE FENCE AND THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE TO
 PREVENT DIRECT RUNOFF ONTO THE ADJACENT PROPERTY.
  
 4. CONSIDER REDUCING THE PARKING SPACES ALONG THE WEST
 PROPERTY LINE AND PROVIDE 2 FEET OF OVERHANG. TYPE D
 CURB COULD REPLACE THE WHEEL STOPS.
  
 5. MOVE THE HIGH POINT OF THE DRIVEWAY CLOSER TO THE
 EAST PROPERTY LINE SO THAT A PORTION OR ALL OF THE
 LOADING PARKING SPACE WILL DRAIN TO THE INTERIOR OF THE
 SITE INSTEAD OF THE RIGHT OF WAY.
  
 6. LIST THE TOP OF TRENCH ELEVATION AND BOTTOM OF
 TRENCH ELEVATION ON THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH DETAIL
 CROSS SECTION.
  
 7. THE CITY DOES NOT ALLOW THE USE OF BLEEDERS WITH
 EXFILTRATION TRENCH SYSTEMS.
  
 8. ON SHEETS 4 AND 5, WHAT DOES THE HEAVY SINGLE SHORT
 DASH - LONG DASH LINE REPRESENT THAT IS SHOWN IN THE
 INTERIOR OF THE WEST PARCEL?
  
 9. SITE IS LOCATED WITHIN A SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREA.
 MINIMUM TWO FEET OF FREEBOARD ARE REQUIRED ABOVE THE
 BASE FLOOD ELEVATION.
  
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. DRAINAGE SYSTEM TO BE DESIGNED TO MEET SFWMD ERP
 CRITERIA. STORMWATER CALCULATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED WITH
 THE ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 2. PROVIDE COPY OF SFWMD ERP PERMIT MODIFICATION BEFORE
 START OF CONSTRUCTION.
  
 3. PROVIDE AN EROSION CONTROL PLAN WITH THE ENGINEEINRG
 PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
