| | BE CATEGORY 1 SHADE TREES. SHOW THE PERCENTAGE OF |
| | CATEGORY 1 TREES PROVIDED FOR THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE |
| | AREAS. |
| | THERE ARE 6 TERMINAL ISLANDS, REQUIRING 5 BE CATEGORY 1 |

| | 3. THE PROPOSED ROYAL POINCIANA TREES WILL CONFLICT |
| | WITH THE SEWER LINE AND GREASE TRAPS AND OBSCURE THE |
| | PROPOSED SIGNAGE ON THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING. CHOOSE A |
| | SMALLER TREE OR PALMS THAT WILL NOT CONFLICT AND PLACE |
| | SO THEY ARE NOT IN CONFLICT WITH SEWER LINES. |

| | 4. LABEL ALL EXISTING TREES TO REMAIN ON THE LANDSCAPE |
| | PLAN WITH SPECIES AND NUMBER FROM THE TREE DISPOSITION |

| | 5. THE FICUS TREES MAY NOT BE ABLE TO REMAIN ALONG THE |
| | EAST PROPERTY LINE WITH THE REQUIRED FENCE TO BE |

| | MAY BE PLACED OUTSIDE THE 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER IN |

| | 6. THE GUMBO LIMBO TREE IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR THE |
| | SOUTH PROPERTY LINE AS IT CONFLICTS WITH UTILITIES. |
