 1. REMOVE CURB OR ADJUST CURB CALLOUT FOR THE DRIVEWAY
 APRON/SIDEWALK.
 2. SHOW CURBS, SIDEWALKS, GUTTERS, ETC. AT THEIR PROPER
 WIDTHS/DEPTHS ON THE PLANS AND CROSS SECTIONS.
 3. PROVIDE REFERENCE ELEVATION TO NGVD1929 (THE
 CITY???S VERTICAL DATUM) ON THE SURVEY.
 4. PROVIDE EXISTING INVERT AND BOTTOM ELEVATION FOR THE
 EXISTING DRAINAGE STRUCTURES TO BE CONNECTED TO.
 5. PROVIDE INVERT INFORMATION FOR THE PROPOSED SANITARY
 LATERAL, INCLUDING THE INVERT ELEVATION OF THE EXISTING
 MAIN AT THE WYE CONNECTION AND THE TOP AND BOP
 ELEVATIONS FOR THE CROSSING OF THE PROPOSED 15???
 STORM.
 6. STORM PIPE CONNECTION TO EXISTING CATCH BASIN ON
 STATE STREET TO BE EXCLUSIVE WITHIN ONLY ONE SIDE OF
 THE STRUCTURE (I.E. DO NOT REMOVE ANY OF THE CORNER OF
 THE STRUCTURE).
 7. SHOW AND LABEL THE LANDSCAPING OVERHANG (DASHED
 LINE) FOR THE PARKING SPACES ON ALL OF THE CIVIL PLAN

 WALL DIMENSION.

 NAVD1988 TO NGVD1929 CONVERSION EQUATION ON THE SURVEY.
