 LIMITS WITHIN THE STREETS. ADDITIONAL COMMENT - THE
 EXISTING WATER SERVICE ON GRANT STREET MAY NEED TO BE

 7. [SATISFIED] IDENTIFY ON THE CONCEPTUAL ENGINEERING
 PLAN WHERE THE SPECIAL TYPE 'F' CURB AND GUTTER WILL BE
 CONSTRUCTED. REDRAW THE DETAIL IN ACAD AND PROVIDE
 ENGLISH UNITS. ADDITIONAL COMMENT: IF SPECIAL TYPE F
 CURB AND GUTTER IS NOT BEING CONSTRUCTED THEN DO NOT
 INCLUDE THE DETAIL FOR THE ITEM.

 STRUCTURE WILL BE LOCATED AND PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE

 NOT ENTER THE EXISTING STRUCTURE AT A CORNER OF THE

 TO THE STRUCTURE MAY REQUIRE THE HOLE OPENING (42 +/-
 INCHES) TO BE WIDER THAN THE INSIDE WALL DIMENSION.

 ORDINANCES, THE CURB LENGTH OF PARALLEL PARKING SPACES
 IS 22 FEET. THE SITE PLAN SHOWS 25 FEET AND GAPS IN THE
 PARKING SPACES ON TAMARIND AVE.
  
 12. [SATISFIED] CONSIDER ANGLING THE CURBING AT EACH
 END OF PROPOSED PARALLEL PARKING SPACES TO FACILITATE
 ACCESS TO AND FROM THE END SPACES. ADDITIONAL COMMENT -
 INCREASE THE ANGLE OF THE END CURBING FROM 16 DEGREES
 FROM PERPENDICULAR TO 45 DEGREES FROM PERPENDICULAR AT
 BOTH ENDS OF THE PARKING AREA ON GRANT STREET.

 IS NGVD1929. THE CITY HAS ALLOWED THE USE OF NAVD1988
 AS LONG AS THE CONVERSION EQUATION TO NGVD1929 AT THE
 PROJECT LOCATION IS PROVIDED. PROVIDE THE NAVD1988 TO
 NGVD1929 CONVERSION EQUATION ON THE SURVEY.
