 1. PROVIDE A REFERENCE ELEVATION TO NGVD1929 ON THE
 SURVEY.
 2. CONFIRM RUNOFF FROM THE SIDEWALK ALONG THE WEST SIDE
 OF THE BUILDING WILL FLOW TO AN ONSITE DRAINAGE
 STRUCTURE.
 3. IN ORDER TO PROPERLY MAINTAIN THE SWALE ALONG THE
 SOUTH PROPERTY LINE, THE SIDES SHOULD BE SLOPED 4:1 OR
 FLATTER.
 4. IDENTIFY THE MATERIAL TO BE USED TO CONSTRUCT THE
 PATH FROM THE BUILDING TO THE TOT LOT.
 5. DRIVEWAY APRON WITHIN THE R/W TO BE COMPOSED OF
 CONCRETE.
 6. REMOVE THE CALLOUT OR DEFINE THE LIMITS OF THE
