 NGVD1929 CONVERSION EQUATION ON THE SURVEY.

 ELEVATION CALLED OUT AS 21.4 FT NAVD BUT PROPOSED SPOT
 GRADE IS 19.5 FT NAVD AT STRUCTURE.
  
 35. PROVIDE SPOT GRADES FOR BBQ AND TOT LOT AREAS. THE
 EXISTING GRADES ALONG THE PROPERTY LINE ARE 3 FEET +/-
 LOWER THAN THE PROPOSED TOP OF CURB ELEVATION FOR THE
 PARKING LOT.
  
 36. CHECK THE SLOPE OF THE SIDEWALK FROM THE HANDICAP
 ACCESS AISLE TO THE COVER WALKWAY ALONG THE WEST SIDE
 OF THE BUILDING. THE SLOPE APPEARS TO EXCEED 5%.
  
 37. LABEL (INCLUDING SURFACE TREATMENT) THE PATH FROM
 THE COVERED WALKWAY TO THE TOT LOT.
