 CROSS WALK.
 4. PROVIDE A CROSS SECTION AT THE DRIVEWAY FROM THE
 CENTERLINE OF 21ST ST TO 5 FEET BEYOND THE HIGH POINT
 OF THE DRIVEWAY/PARKING LOT. SHOW SURFACE BREAK POINTS
 AND LABEL THE STREET R/W AND SURFACE FEATURES. PROVIDE
 DIMENSIONS FROM THE R/W LINE TO BREAK POINTS. SHOW AND
 DIMENSION WHERE THE SIDEWALK CROSSING WILL BE.
