 WEST END OF THE HANDICAP PARKING ACCESS AISLE IS 30.5
 FEET NAVD. THE FFE ELEVATION OF THE BUILDINGS IS
 PROPOSED TO BE 29.5 FT NAVD.

 DIMENSIONS IN SECTION 94-485 OF THE CITY?S CODE OF
 ORDINANCES, THE CURB LENGTH OF PARALLEL PARKING SPACES
 IS 22 FEET. THE SITE PLAN SHOWS 25 FEET AND GAPS IN THE
 PARKING SPACES ON TAMARIND AVE.

 END OF PROPOSED PARALLEL PARKING SPACES TO FACILITATE
 ACCESS TO AND FROM THE END SPACES.

 IS NGVD1929. THE CITY HAS ALLOWED THE USE OF NAVD1988
 AS LONG AS THE CONVERSION EQUATION TO NGVD1929 AT THE
 PROJECT LOCATION IS PROVIDED. PROVIDE THE NAVD1988 TO
 NGVD1929 CONVERSION EQUATION ON THE SURVEY.
