2022-01-13 12:47:55THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. CONFIRM PROJECT ADDRESS (2122 VS. 2212 N. TAMARIND
 AVE)
 2. REMOVE REFERENCES TO VOW (VILLAGE OF WELLINGTON?) ON
 COVER.
 3. CONCEPTUAL ENGINEERING PLAN IS CONFUSING WITH
 EXISTING FEATURES SHOWN AND NOT SCREENED.
 4. RELOCATE DRAINAGE SYSTEM FROM UNDER STAIRS.
 5. PROVIDE FLOW ARROWS SHOWING DIRECTION OF SURFACE
 RUNOFF.
 6. PROVIDE AT LEAST TWO CROSS SECTIONS FROM EACH R/W
 CENTERLINE TO THE FACE OF BUILDING(S) AND/OR TO PARKING
 LOT; AND CROSS SECTIONS FROM EAST PROPERTY LINE TO FACE
 OF BUILDINGS. LABEL STREETS, PROPERTY LINES, SURFACE
 FEATURES AND GENERAL SURFACE SLOPES. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS
 FOR CURBS/CURB AND GUTTER, SIDEWALKS AND DISTANCE FROM
 PROPERTY LINE TO FACE OF BUILDING. INCLUDE PROPOSED
 PARALLEL PARKING AREAS.
 7. PROVIDE ADA TRUNCATED MAT ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE
 DRIVEWAY.
 8. SHOW MILL AND RESURFACING LIMITS WITHIN THE STREETS.
 9. IDENTIFY ON THE CONCEPTUAL ENGINEERING PLAN WHERE
 THE SPECIAL TYPE ?F? CURB AND GUTTER WILL BE
 CONSTRUCTED. REDRAW THE DETAIL IN ACAD AND PROVIDE
 ENGLISH UNITS.
 10. LABEL WHERE THE DRAINAGE CONTROL STRUCTURE WILL BE
 LOCATED AND PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE STRUCTURE. NOTE THE
 CITY DOES NOT ALLOW THE USE OF BLEEDERS WITH
 EXFILTRATION TRENCHES.
 11. PROVIDE HATCHING PATTERNS FOR SIDEWALKS TO REMAIN
 AND FOR NEW/REPLACEMENT SIDEWALKS.
 12. EXPLAIN HOW ACCESS FROM THE BUILDINGS TO THE
 PARKING LOT WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE 3?+/- GRADE
 DIFFERENTIAL.
 13. PER FIGURE XV-2: GENERAL PARKING DIMENSIONS IN
 SECTION 94-485 OF THE CITY?S CODE OF ORDINANCES, THE
 CURB LENGTH OF PARALLEL PARKING SPACES IS 22 FEET. THE
 SITE PLAN SHOWS 25 FEET AND GAPS IN THE PARKING SPACES
 ON TAMARIND AVE.
 14. CONSIDER ANGLING THE CURBING AT EACH END OF
 PROPOSED PARALLEL PARKING SPACES TO FACILITATE ACCESS
 TO AND FROM THE END SPACES.
 15. THE CITY?S OFFICIAL VERTICAL DATUM IS NGVD1929. THE
 CITY HAS ALLOWED THE USE OF NAVD1988 AS LONG AS THE
 CONVERSION EQUATION TO NGVD1929 AT THE PROJECT LOCATION
 IS PROVIDED. PROVIDE THE NAVD1988 TO NGVD1929
 CONVERSION EQUATION ON THE SURVEY.
 16. LABEL ANY NEW GUTTER ON 21ST ST.
 17. SIDEWALK EASEMENT WILL BE NEEDED FOR 22ND ST.
 SIDEWALK.
 18. CONSIDER LOW IMPACT DEVELOPMENT DRAINAGE SYSTEMS IN
 LIEU OF EXFILTRATION TRENCHES.
 19. SHOW UTILITIES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
  
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. DRAINAGE SYSTEM TO BE DESIGNED TO MEET SFWMD ERP
 CRITERIA. STORMWATER CALCULATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED WITH
 THE ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 2. PROVIDE COPY OF SFWMD ERP PERMIT BEFORE START OF
 CONSTRUCTION, IF REQUIRED.
  
 3. PROVIDE AN EROSION CONTROL PLAN WITH DETAILS.
