 AND LANDING WITHIN THE SIDEWALK AREAS ON BOTH SIDES.
 POTENTIAL MODIFICATION TO THE INTERSECTION SOUTH-WEST
 CORNER RAMP, AND TO THE PLANTER AREA ON BOTH SIDES OF
 THE ROAD MAY BE REQUIRED

 NUMBER SHOWCASING SUCH FEATURES.
 5) SATISFIED. PROVIDE AUTOTURN ANALYSIS FOR GARBAGE
 TRUCK AND/OR SERVICE VEHICLES DRIVING IN AND OUT OF THE
 PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WITH VEHICLE DYNAMIC ENVELOPES
 CLEARLY DEFINED. ANALYSIS SHOULD BE PROVIDED IN A
 SEPARATE FILE/DRAWING. PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENT NAME AND
 SHEET NUMBER SHOWCASING THE ANALYSIS. LATEST ANALYSIS
 WAS NOT PROVIDED IN A SEPARATE FILE. BOTH VEHICLES???
 PATH AND MANEUVERING ARE NOT CLEAR. IF NEEDED,
 ENGINEERING SERVICES CAN PROVIDE AN EXAMPLE OF AN
 ACCEPTABLE ANALYSIS.

 FRONTING THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT. INSERT REQUIRED
 PAVEMENT MARKINGS AND SIGN LOCATIONS IN THE SITE PLAN.

 9) DRIVEWAY INBOUND-OUTBOUND LANES HAVE DIFFERENT
 WIDTHS. CORRECT OR PROVIDE AN EXPLANATION
 10) SATISFIED. SIDEWALK. MINIMUM UN-OBSTRUCTED WALKABLE
 AREA WIDTH MUST BE 5 FEET. PLEASE UPDATE THE SITE PLAN
 ACCORDINGLY AND CLEARLY DEPICT SIDEWALK MEASUREMENTS
