 1. SHOW OUTLINE OF EXFILTRATION TRENCHES ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLANS. CONFIRM THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING WILL
 NOT INTERFERE WITH THE EXFILTRATION TRENCHES.
 2. CONFIRM THE CONSTRUCTABILITY OF THE 6 FEET WIDE
 EXFILTRATION TRENCH EAST OF BUILDING A BETWEEN THE
 EXISTING RETAINING WALL AND THE FOOTER FOR THE
 BUILDING. FUTURE MAINTENANCE (I.E. REPLACEMENT) OF THE
 EXFILTRATION TRENCH NEEDS TO BE CONSIDERED IF THE
 TRENCH WILL BE LOCATED UNDER ANY BUILDING OVERHANGS.
 3. SHOW AND LABEL (SIZE AND MATERIAL) ALL EXISTING
 UTILITIES IN THE R/W.
 4. CONFIRM THE EXISTING DRAINAGE STRUCTURE TO BE
 CONNECTED TO IS NOT A BUBBLE-UP STRUCTURE. SHOW
 EXISTING DRAINAGE PIPE CONNECTIONS. PROVIDE PROPOSED
 INVERT ELEVATION FOR PIPE CONNECTION TO EXISTING INLET.
 PROVIDE THE BOTTOM ELEVATION INVERT ELEVATION FOR THE
 EXISTING PIPE(S) CONNECTED TO THE INLET.
 5. CALLOUT THE FDOT CURB RAMP STYLE FOR THE MIDBLOCK
 CROSS WALK ON BOTH SIDES OF TAMARIND AVE.
 6. COORDINATE CURBING CALLOUTS ON SHEET C2.3 WITH THE
 CROSS SECTIONS AND THE GRADES ON SHEET C2.1.
 7. COORDINATE THE EAST-WEST LOCATION OF THE DRAINAGE
 STRUCTURES IN THE PARKING LOT WITH THE SECTION A.
 8. PROVIDE SIGNING AND STRIPING FOR THE MIDBLOCK CROSS
 WALK. LABEL THE FDOT CURB RAMP STYLE.
 9. COORDINATE DETAILS FOR THE CONTROL STRUCTURES WITH
 THE DRAINAGE PLAN.
 10. PROVIDE A CROSS SECTION AT THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY
 FROM THE CNETERLINE OF THE R/W TO 5 FEET PAST THE HIGH
 POINT OF THE DRIVEWAY. SHOW BREAK POINTS, SURFACE
 FEATURES, R/W LINE. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FROM THE R/W TO
 THE DRIVEWAY HIGH POINT AND OTHER BREAK POINTS, TO THE
 BACK OF CURB/EDGE OF PAVEMENT, TO THE R/W CENTERLINE.
 SHOW AND DIMENSION WHERE THE SIDEWALK WILL CROSS THE

 LANDING AT THE BOTTOM OF 19.0 FT LONG RAMP IS AT
 ELEVATION 26.0 FT NAVD. RAMP SLOPE CALCULATES TO 8.9%,
 WHICH IS STEEPER THAN THE 1:12 ALLOWED FOR NEW
 CONSTRUCTION. THE SOUTH END OF THE 10 FT LONG RAMP IS
 47.5 FEET FROM THE NORTH CORNER OF THE BUILDING B. THE
 SOUTH SIDE OF THE DOOR FRAME OF THE APARTMENT ADJACENT
 TO THE RETAIL SPACE IS 47.08 FEET FROM THE NORTH CORNER
 OF BUILDING B SO THAT THE RAMP WILL BE IN FRONT OF THE
