 WITH EXISTING FEATURES SHOWN AND NOT SCREENED.
  
 3. [SATISFIED] RELOCATE DRAINAGE SYSTEM FROM UNDER
 STAIRS. ADDITIONAL COMMENT - OUTFALL PIPE IS UNDER THE
 SOUTH STAIRS OF BUILDING A. THIS PIPE IS WILL BE
 MAINTAINED BY THE PROPERTY OWNER. STAFF IS NOTIFYING
 ENGINEER TO SEE IF THE PIPE CAN BE INSTALLED IN ANOTHER
 LOCATION TO AVOID IMPACTING THE STAIRS IF THE PIPE
 NEEDS TO BE REPLACED/REPAIRED IN THE FUTURE.

 OF HANDICAP ACCESS AISLE IS APPROX.. 27.7 FT NAVD. THE
 LANDING AT THE BOTTOM OF 19.0 FT LONG RAMP IS AT
 ELEVATION 26.0 FT NAVD. RAMP SLOPE CALCULATES TO 8.9%,
 WHICH IS STEEPER THAN THE 1:12 ALLOWED FOR NEW
 CONSTRUCTION. THE SOUTH END OF THE 10 FT LONG RAMP IS
 47.5 FEET FROM THE NORTH CORNER OF THE BUILDING B. THE
 SOUTH SIDE OF THE DOOR FRAME OF THE APARTMENT ADJACENT
 TO THE RETAIL SPACE IS 47.08 FEET FROM THE NORTH CORNER
 OF BUILDING B SO THAT THE RAMP WILL BE IN FRONT OF THE
 DOOR.
  
 11. [SATISFIED] PER FIGURE XV-2: GENERAL PARKING
 DIMENSIONS IN SECTION 94-485 OF THE CITY'S CODE OF
 ORDINANCES, THE CURB LENGTH OF PARALLEL PARKING SPACES
 IS 22 FEET. THE SITE PLAN SHOWS 25 FEET AND GAPS IN THE
 PARKING SPACES ON TAMARIND AVE. ADDITIONAL COMMENT:
 SP-1 STILL SHOWS 25? DIMENSION AND DOES NOT DIMENSION
 THE NEW PARKING SPACE LAYOUT.
