 UNDER STAIRS. ADDITIONAL COMMENT ? OUTFALL PIPE IS
 UNDER THE SOUTH STAIRS OF BUILDING A. THIS PIPE IS WILL
 BE MAINTAINED BY THE PROPERTY OWNER. STAFF IS NOTIFYING
 ENGINEER TO SEE IF THE PIPE CAN BE INSTALLED IN ANOTHER
 LOCATION TO AVOID IMPACTING THE STAIRS IF THE PIPE

 LONG RAMP FROM LANDING TO SIDEWALK AT BUILDING LEVEL
 WOULD HAVE BOTTOM OF RAMP ELEVATION OF 23.73 FT NAVD.
 THIS IS NEARLY 3 INCHES HIGHER THAN FFE OF 23.5 FT NAVD
 FOR BUILDING ?B?. THE SIDEWALK ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING
 WILL NEED TO SLOPE AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.
  
 11. [PARTIALLY SATISFIED] PER FIGURE XV-2: GENERAL
 PARKING DIMENSIONS IN SECTION 94-485 OF THE CITY?S CODE
 OF ORDINANCES, THE CURB LENGTH OF PARALLEL PARKING
 SPACES IS 22 FEET. THE SITE PLAN SHOWS 25 FEET AND GAPS
 IN THE PARKING SPACES ON TAMARIND AVE. ADDITIONAL
 COMMENT: SP-1 STILL SHOWS 25? DIMENSION AND DOES NOT
 DIMENSION THE NEW PARKING SPACE LAYOUT.
