| | ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS); |
| | OTHERWISE, ADDITIONAL VARIANCES, ETC. MAY BE REQUIRED. |
| | NOT ALL DIMENSIONS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED IN THE SITE PLAN |
| | TO DEMONSTRATE FULL COMPLIANCE. PLEASE REVISE THE SITE |
| | PLAN TO PROVIDE ALL SETBACK DIMENSIONS THAT MEET THE |
| | MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZLDRS. |

| | 7.) THE MINIMUM 10 FT. CORNER SIDE SETBACK HAS NOT BEEN |
| | MET (9.7 FT. PROVIDED IN THE SITE PLAN). THEREFORE, A |
