 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. MAKE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS TO THE TREE
 DISPOSITION PLAN AND LIST:
 ? SATISFIED. PROVIDE THE CANOPY DIAMETER FOR ALL TREES
 PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED AND PROVIDE THE ACTUAL SQUARE
 FOOTAGE MITIGATION DUE FOR ANY THAT ARE 20 FEET OR MORE
 DIAMETER.
 ? SATISFIED. RECORD THE MITIGATION SQUARE FOOTAGE DUE
 BASED ON CATEGORY FOR ALL TREES LESS THAN 20 FEET
 CANOPY DIAMETER AND PALMS THAT ARE PROPOSED FOR
 REMOVAL.
 ? SATISFIED. PROVIDE A TOTAL FOR THE MITIGATION SQUARE
 FOOTAGE DUE.
 ? SATISFIED. PROVIDE AN ARBORIST REPORT ON CONDITION
 AND RELOCATION POTENTIAL FOR ALL SLASH PINE TREES
 PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED.
 ? SATISFIED. PROVIDE THE MITIGATION CREDITS FOR NEW
 TREES ADDED TO SHOW ALL MITIGATION DUE IS COVERED ON
 SHEET LP-3. CORRECT OR REMOVE INFORMATION FROM SHEET
 LP-1.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PER SECTION 94-443(B) PROVIDE THE 5 FOOT
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG THE SOUTH, EAST AND NORTH
 PROPERTY LINES FOR THE NEW AREA ADDED TO THE PD.
 PROVIDE THE AFFECTED AREA AND INCLUDE ALL CALCULATIONS
 AND PLANT LIST ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PER SECTION 94-443 (E)2., PROVIDE THE 30%
 (NOT 40%) FOUNDATION PLANTING CALCULATION REQUIRED AND
 PROVIDED FOR THE NEW BUILDINGS.
  
 4. SATISFIED. REMOVE PREFERRED PLANT LABELS FROM THE
 COLUMNS ON THE PLANT SCHEDULE. SHOULD BE NATIVE OR
 DROUGHT TOLERANT COLUMNS.
  
 5. SATISFIED. ADD RELOCATED SABAL PALMS TO THE PLANT
 LIST.
  
 6. SATISFIED. PROVIDE A SECTION IN A LANDSCAPE DATA
 CHART TO COMPLY WITH SECTION 94-445 L. PLANT SPECIES. A
 MINIMUM OF 60 PERCENT OF PLANT MATERIAL ADDED SHALL BE
 FLORIDA NATIVE OR DROUGHT TOLERANT SPECIES SELECTED
 FROM THE CITY LIST OR THE LIST OF SPECIES IN THE MOST
 RECENT EDITION OF SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT
 DISTRICT WATERWISE SOUTH FLORIDA LANDSCAPES. PROVIDE
 THE TOTAL PERCENTAGE OF NATIVE AND DROUGHT TOLERANT
 PLANTS BASED ON FINAL PLANT LIST.
  
 7. SATISFIED. THE LOCATIONS OF UTILITY LINES FOR THE
 NEW RESTROOM INCLUDING ELECTRIC, WATER AND SEWER
 CONFLICT WITH EXISTING TREES. ROUTE THE LINES TO AVOID
 DAMAGE OF ROOT SYSTEMS.
 LOCATIONS OF PROPOSED UTILITIES STILL CONFLICT WITH
 SOME EXISTING TREES AND PALMS. THE REQUIRED TERMINAL
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND AND THE REQUIRED TREE AT THE SOUTH END
 OF THE ROW OF PARKING IS ALSO BEING IMPACTED.
  
 8. SATISFIED. ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE PROPOSED
 MAINTENANCE BUILDING, SIDEWALK ACCESS FROM THE ADA
 SPACE SHOULD BE MOVED EAST TO ALLOW THE TERMINAL
 LANDSCAPE AREA ADJACENT TO THE SPACE TO RUN THE FULL
 LENGTH OF THE SPACE.
  
 THIS SUBMITTAL SHOWS THE TREE PUSHED TOO FAR NORTH DUE
 TO PROPOSED UTILITY PLACEMENT TO PROVIDE THE BENEFITS
 INTENDED FOR THE PARKING. REDESIGN UTILITIES TO BE
 NORTH OF THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE AREA.
  
 9. SATISFIED. EXISTING TREES ALONG THE BUFFER NORTH OF
 THE PROPOSED MAINTENANCE BUILDING APPEAR TO HAVE
 PAVEMENT PROPOSED IN CONFLICT WITH THEIR LOCATIONS.
 REVISE SITE PLAN AND LANDSCAPE PLAN.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1/10/22:
 10. SATISFIED. NOTES REGARDING THE MILITARY TRAIL
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM SHEET LP-2 AND
 ANY CHANGES PROPOSED SUBMITTED IN ORDER TO PASS FINAL
 REVIEW.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 2/14/22:
 11. TREE 66 IS SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN IN CONFLICT
 WITH THE UTILITIES BUT IS INDICATED TO BE REMOVED ON
 THE TREE DISPOSITION PLAN. CORRECT ON LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 12. ON SHEET LP-3 CONVERT ALL MITIGATION DUE TO SQUARE
 FOOTAGE AND PROVIDE A TOTAL. PROVIDE THE TOTAL CANOPY
 CREDIT SQUARE FOOTAGE OF TREES ADDED AND SHOW TOTAL
 PROVIDED BASED ON THE PLANT LIST.
  
 13. CORRECT THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF BUFFER TREES
 REQUIRED FOR THE NORTH BUFFER TO 19. PROVIDE THE
 REQUIRED TREES.
  
 14. CORRECT THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF BUFFER TREES ON
 SHEET LP-4 TO NORTH- 18, EAST-7 AND SOUTH-17. TOTAL
 LENGTH OF BUFFER IS DIVIDED BY 30 AND ROUNDED UP FOR
 ANY PORTION ABOVE. PROVIDE THE REQUIRED TREES.
  
 15. PROVIDE A BREAKDOWN OF HOW THE TREE COUNT IS MET
 FOR EACH BUFFER. THIS WOULD INCLUDE A LIST OF THE
 EXISTING TREES AND PALMS COUNTED TOWARD THE BUFFER
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
