| | DOES NOT INCLUDE ADEQUATE INFORMATION FOR STAFF TO |
| | REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS. |
| | THE PLANS MUST CLEARLY IDENTIFY ALL THE TREES/PALMS IN |
| | THE RECONFIGURED BUFFER, BOTH REMAINING AND PROPOSED, |
| | AS WELL AS THE DISTANCE BETWEEN ANY TREES THAT EXCEED |
| | 30 FEET. THIS WILL PERMIT STAFF TO VERIFY IF THE |
| | RECONFIGURED BUFFER COMPLIES WITH ALL CODE |
| | REQUIREMENTS. IF IT DOES NOT, THEN STAFF WILL NEED TO |
| | USE THE INFORMATION TO DETERMINE IF A WAIVER(S) IS |

| | 8) AS PART OF BRINGING THE ANNEXED PARCELS INTO THE |
