 -BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY LISTED ON IRRIGATION PLAN SAYS
 INDOOR INSTALLATION. INDOOR INSTALLATION IS NOT
 APPROVED IF IT IS A CONTAINMENT ASSEMBLY.
  
 -IF THE IRRIGATION BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY IS A CONTAINMENT
 DEVICE, THEN IT MUST BE RP TYPE INSTEAD OF PVB AND THE
 UPSTREAM PIPING MUST BE COMPLIANT TYPE INSTEAD OF PVC.
  
 -SURVEY SAYS THE BUILDING IS ENCROACHING IN 30 FOOT
 UTILITY EASEMENT. IF THE PROPOSED BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
 AREA WOULD ALSO ENCROACH IN THE EASEMENT, THEN
 IDENTIFY: UTILITIES IN EASEMENT, PURPOSE OF EASEMENT,
 AND APPROVAL OBTAINED TO BUILD IN EASEMENT.
  
 -VERIFY THAT TREE LOCATIONS ARE DISTANCED SUFFICIENTLY
 SO ROOTS WILL NOT DAMAGE METERED WATER SERVICES. CAN
 ALSO ADD ROOT BARRIERS AS NECESSARY.
  
 -WPB GIS INDICATES WATER MAIN IN ROAD IS NOT 2 INCH
 PVC. PLEASE UPDATE PLANS.
  
 -DID NOT RECEIVE WRITTEN RESPONSES FOR PRIOR REVIEW
 COMMENTS. ALSO SUBMIT WRITTEN RESPONSES FOR THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 SUBMITTAL PACKAGE IS MISSING PROJECT NARRATIVE,
 JUSTIFICATION, AND SURVEY.
  
 PLANS DO NOT SHOW BLACK METAL FENCE AND GATES THAT ARE
 INSTALLED ALONG EASTERN SIDES OF PROPERTY. PLEASE
 UPDATE PLANS.
  
 METERED WATER SERVICE FOR PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE AN
 ACTIVE USAGE ACCOUNT SETUP WITH CITY WPB UTILITY
 BILLING. APPLICANT WOULD NEED TO SET ONE UP AND PAY ALL
 APPLICABLE CHARGES, FEES, AND DEPOSITS BEFORE USING
 WATER SERVICE.
  
 BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE INSTALLED FOR
 WATER SERVICE. APPLICANT WOULD NEED TO HAVE LICENSED
 PLUMBER INSTALL BEFORE WATER CAN BE USED. SHOW PROPOSED
 LOCATION ON PLANS.
  
 VERIFY EXISTING WATER AND SEWER INFRASTRUCTURE IS
 SUFFICIENT FOR PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS. IF SERVICE
 UPGRADES ARE NEEDED, SUBMIT ENGINEERING PLAN SHOWING
 PROPOSED CHANGES.
  
 SOME OF THE LANDSCAPING TREES APPEAR TO BE PROPOSED IN
 LOCATIONS THAT ARE CURRENTLY HARDSCAPE.
  
 THERE ARE A FEW UTILITY POLES AT EAST PROPERTY LINE NOT
 SHOWN ON SITE PLAN. THE ONES AT TOWARD THE SOUTHEAST
 CORNER OF PROPERTY MAY CONFLICT WITH LANDSCAPING.
 PLEASE SHOW ON PLANS.
  
 ARE THERE ANY EXISTING OR PROPOSED FIRE SPRINKLERS FOR
 THE BUILDINGS?
