 ACCOMMODATE TWO ADDITIONAL FIRELINES SINCE THE WATER
 MAIN BRANCH IS ONLY 8 INCH. UPGRADES OR REVISIONS ARE
 NEEDED.

 -CONTRACTORS ARE CURRENTLY REPLACING THE LARGE UTILITY
 POLES NEAR EAST SIDE OF PROPERTY WITH BIGGER POLES.
 SHOW THE POLES ON THE CIVIL PLANS AND ENSURE NO
 CONFLICTS. ENSURE THAT ANY TREES PLANTED NEAR THEM WILL
 NOT TOUCH THE OVERHEAD WIRES.
  
 -PLANS SHOW CAF? IN PROPOSED CONFERENCE BUILDING.
 VERIFY IF GREASE TRAP NEEDED AND SHOW ON PLANS IF
 OUTDOORS.
  
 -PRIOR SUBMITTED REVIEW COMMENT ABOUT CONCRETE PAD.
 STILL DO NOT SEE IT ON PLANS. IT?S LOCATED AT THE FAR
 NORTHWEST CORNER OF PROPERTY NORTH OF CHILLER.
  
 -SHOW ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED FDC. THERE ARE SOME
 NEAR THE NORTHWEST AREA OF EXISTING BUILDING NOT SHOWN
 ON WATER PLAN. CANNOT SEE ANY FOR GARAGE BUILDING OR 25
 STORY BUILDING.
  
 -LANDSCAPE PLANS SHOW IMPROVEMENTS ON CITY PROPERTY AT
 EAST SIDE. DID APPLICANT GET APPROVAL FROM CITY WPB AND
 LESSEE?
  
 -PROPOSED LANDSCAPING APPEARS TO ENCROACH ONTO FDOT
 PROPERTY AT NORTHEAST AREA OF PROPERTY. DOES FDOT
 APPROVE OF THAT?
  
 -SOME ASPECTS OF CIVIL PLANS DO NOT MATCH LANDSCAPING
 PLANS. PLEASE ENSURE THEY ARE BOTH UPDATED. CIVIL PLANS
 DO NOT SHOW CROSSWALK GOING TO GARAGE BUILDING FROM THE
 EAST OR THE LONG SIDEWALK ON CITY PARCEL.
  
 -CROSSWALK NEAR SOUTHEAST CORNER OF GARAGE BUILDING
 SEEMS TO DEADEND DUE TO LANDSCAPING BUSHES.
  
 -ENSURE NO TREES ARE PROPOSED TO BE PLANTED ABOVE 36
 INCH WATER MAIN.
  
 -LANDSCAPING APPEARS TO CONFLICT WITH PROPOSED METERS
 AND BACKFLOWS FOR 25 STORY BUILDING.
  
 -DOES THE GARAGE BUILDING NEED A METERED WATER SERVICE
 FOR DOMESTIC WATER?
  
 -IS A METERED WATER SERVICE FOR IRRIGATION NEEDED?
  
 -PLEASE PROVIDE THE VEHICLE CLEARANCE HEIGHT OF THE
 PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE AND THE GARAGE CROSSING.
  
 -WILL 25 STORY BUILDING HAVE RESTAURANT OR FOOD SERVICE
 REQUIRING GREASE TRAP? IF ONE REQUIRED AND WILL BE
 INSTALLED OUTDOORS, SHOW ON CIVIL PLANS.
  
 -SITE PLANS INDICATE WATER FEATURES IN ROUNDABOUT
 ISLANDS NEAR SOUTH SIDE OF PROPERTY, BUT LANDSCAPING
 PLANS SHOW TREES THERE. ARE THEY INCORRECT, OR ARE
 THERE BOTH TREES AND WATER FEATURES IN THE ISLANDS?
  
 -RECEIVED REVIEW COMMENT RESPONSE THAT EXISTING
 FIRELINE HAS A BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY. VISITED SITE AND
 COULD ONLY LOCATE SWING CHECK IN SIDEWALK VAULT. IT IS
 NOT A BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY AND DOES NOT OFFER THAT LEVEL
 OF WATER SYSTEM PROTECTION. UPON FURTHER REVIEW MAY
 NEED TO BE UPGRADED TO ABOVE-GROUND DCDA BACKFLOW
 ASSEMBLY. RECOMMEND PLANNING AHEAD OF TIME ESPECIALLY
 BECAUSE RELOCATION OUT OF SIDEWALK WOULD BE LIKELY.
  
 -SOME ASPECTS OF PROPOSED WATER SERVICES FOR 25 STORY
 BUILDING AND CONFERENCE BUILDING SEEM PROBLEMATIC AND
 SUBOPTIMAL. WOULD LIKE TO REVIEW IN MORE DETAIL WITH
 ENGINEER OF RECORD NOW TO PREVENT SIGNIFICANT CHANGES
