 1.) SATISFIED - PROVIDE WRITTEN CONFIRMATION THAT THE
 PUBLIC UTILITIES DEPARTMENT HAS REVIEWED THE PROPOSAL
 FOR WATER, SEWAGE TREATMENT, STORM DRAINAGE AND GARBAGE
 COLLECTION SERVICES. PLEASE CONTACT THE CITY'S
 ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT AT (561) 494-1040.
  
 2.) SATISFIED - PROVIDE LETTERS FROM THE FOLLOWING
 PUBLIC UTILITIES CONFIRMING THAT THE PROPOSED PROJECT
 DOES NOT ENCROACH INTO THEIR UTILITY EASEMENTS OR
 OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH THE PROVISION OF THEIR
 SERVICES: AT&T, FPL, FPU AND COMCAST.
  
 3.) SATISFIED - IS THE PALM BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC
 DIVISION AWARE THAT THE PROPOSED PARK REDEVELOPMENT
 PROJECT INCLUDES A NEW 8,795 SQ. FT. RESILIENCY HUB AND
 A 9,387 SQ. FT. CAFE/RESTAURANT? THE TPS LETTER
 PROVIDED (DATED 11/18/2021) TO STAFF DOES NOT
 ACKNOWLEDGE THESE IMPROVEMENTS. PLEASE PROVIDE EMAIL
 DOCUMENTATION WITH THE COUNTY'S TRAFFIC DIVISION THAT
 THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THESE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE 11/18/2021
 TPS LETTER OR OBTAIN A REVISED TPS LETTER WITH THE
 PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PARK CLEARLY NOTED.
  
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
  
 1.) PARTIALLY SATTISFIED - A NOTE STATING: "MAIN PARK
 ENTRANCE SHALL ALIGN WITH FUTURE NORTHWOOD ROAD
 EXTENSION" ADDED IN THE SITE PLAN (SHEET C3.06). THE
 APPLICANT SHALL CONTINUE TO WORK WITH CITY STAFF ON THE
 ALIGNMENT OF THE MAIN PARK ENTRANCE WITH THE ROADWAY
 EXTENSION ONCE THE DETAILS ON THE ROADWAY EXTENSION HAS
 BEEN FINALIZED (CURRENTLY IN PROGRESS). AT THAT TIME,
 THE SITE PLAN SHALL BE AMENDED TO REFLECT THE FINAL
 PARK ENTRANCE CONFIGURATION AT THE NORTHWOOD ROAD
 EXTENSION. A CONDITION OF APPROVAL WILL BE ADDED. THE
 APPLICANT SHALL WORK WITH PLANNING STAFF ON THE
 ALIGNMENT OF THE MAIN PARK ENTRANCE WITH THE FUTURE
 NORTHWOOD ROAD EXTENSION. A NOTE STATING
  
 2.) SATISFIED - EMAIL CONFORMATION FROM SAMANTHA BROWNE
 OF FDEP ON 01.12.2023, CONFIRMING THAT THE PROPOSED
 SUNTRAIL REROUTE DOES NOT NEGATIVELY IMPACT THE FLORIDA
 GREENWAYS AND TRAILS (FGTS) PLANNING CORRIDOR. THE FGTS
 PLANNING COORIDOR IS MAPPED BY FDEP. THE NOTED
 "PROPOSED SUN TRAIL" (SEE SHEET C0.01) APPEARS TO BE
 INCONSISTENT WITH THE LINKAGE TO THE ACTUAL SUN TRAIL
 NETWORK AS PROVIDED ON THE FDOT WEBSITE. PLEASE ADDRESS
 IN THE PLANS. THE PROPOSED TRAIL SHOULD LINK TO THE
 ACTUAL NETWORK. IF THE INTENT IS TO REROUTE THE SUN
 TRAIL, PLEASE PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION, STEPS TO MODIFY
 AND COORDINATION WITH FDOT TO ACHIEVE THE REROUTE.
  
 3.) PARTIALLY SATISFIED - CHANGES FROM LAST REVIEW
 CYCLE HAVE BEEN DETECTED IN THE REVISED PLAN SHEETS.
 ALL KEY PLANS AND DETAIL SHEETS SHALL BE CONSISTENT AND
 ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING:
  
 3.1) THE PROPOSED "OUTDOOR DINING PLAZA" (#13 IN THE
 KEY PLAN) SHOULD ALSO REFERENCE THE CAFE BUILDING.
  
 3.2) #15 IN THE KEY PLAN REFERENCES A PUMP STATION;
 HOWEVER, THIS SHOULD BE CORRECTED TO LIFT STATION FOR
 ACCURACY.
  
 3.3) THE PROPOSED MICROMOBILITY STATION (#16 IN THE KEY
 PLAN) IS NOT PROVIDED IN THE DETAIL SHEETS. AT MINIMUM,
 A PLACEHOLDER SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED IN THE PLANS.
  
 3.4) PER DISCUSSION WITH THE ADMINSTATOR OF PUBLIC ART
 AND CULTURE, THE KEY PLAN AND DETAILS SHALL REFERENCE
 THE LOCATION OF THE INTERACTIVE SCULPTURE/PUBLIC ART.
  
 4.) SATISFIED - GENERAL DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS TABLE
 (SHEET C3.00) APPEARS TO BE MISSING INFORMATION ON THE:
 A) PROVIDED LOT COVERAGE BY BUILDINGS B) PROVIDED LOT
 COVERAGE OF IMPERVIOUS SURFACE C) PROVIDED MAXIMUM
 BUILDING HEIGHT D) PROVIDED FAR.
  
 5.) PARTIALLY SATIFISFIED - STORAGE BUILDING/KIOSK
 BUILDING CALCULATIONS PROVIDED BUT ARE INCONSISTENT
 WITH THE ARCHITECTURL DRAWINGS. IS THE BUILDING SQUARE
 FOOTAGE FOR THE PROPOSED 15 FT. X 30 FT. STORAGE
 BUILDING/KIOSK LOCATED IN THE AREA OF THE FITNESS LAWN
 INCLUDED IN THE BUILDING CALCULATIONS?
  
 6.) SATISFIED - ARTIFICIAL TURF REMOVED FROM THE PLANS.
 PLANS STILL SHOWS THAT ARTIFICIAL TURF WILL BE USED IN
 THE FITNESS LAWN AREA. AS DISCUSSED AT PREVIOUS
 MEETINGS WITH STAFF, ARTIFICIAL TURF IS NOT A PERMITTED

 7.) PARTIALLY SATISFIED - LOCATION OF ART BETWEEN THE
 SPLASH PAD AND RESILIENCY HUB APPROVED BY THE
 ADMINSTRATOR OF PUBLIC ART AND CULTURE ON 05.16.2023.
 PLEASE LABEL IN ALL PLAN SHEETS AND KEY PLAN SHEETS THE
 LOCATION OF THE "INTERACTIVE SCULPTURE/PUBLIC ART." THE
 PROPOSED PUBLIC ART PLATFORM IS CURRENTLY LOCATED
 BETWEEN THE SPORTS COURTS AND RESILIENCY HUB. CONSIDER
 RELOCATING THE PLATFORM TO AN AREA THAT COULD GENERATE
 BETTER INTERACTION WITH PARK USERS OR CREATE SPACE
 AROUND THE PLATFORM THAT WOULD GENERATE PEDESTRIAN
 ACTIVITY.
  
 8.) SATISFIED - PLANS NOW SHOWS A BUILDING SEPARATION
 OF 69.33 FT. BETWEEN THE RESILIANCY HUB AND CAF??
 BUILDING. WHAT IS THE BUILDING SEPARATION BETWEEN THE
 PROPOSED RESILIENCY HUB AND CAFE PLEASE PROVIDE
 DIMENSION IN THE PLAN TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE MINIMUM 25 FT. BUILDING SEPARATION.
  
 9.) SATISFIED - 05.09.2023 EMAIL FROM KEVIN VOLBRECHT,
 DIRECTOR OF EGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT, STATING
 THAT THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAYS (FOUR (4) IN TOTAL) ARE
 APPROVED BY THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT FOR THE
 CURRIE PARK REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT PURSUANT TO
 S.94-312(3) OF THE ZLDRS. PER ZLDR S.94-312(1), ONLY
 ONE (1) ACCESS POINT IS PERMITTED UNLESS APPROVED BY
 THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DIRECTOR OR DESIGNEE. PLEASE
 PROVIDE WRITTEN CONFIRMATION THAT THE ENGINEERING
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT DOES NOT OBJECT TO THE PROPOSED
 NUMBER OF ACCESS POINTS INTO THE SITE. [ZLDR

 10.) SATISFIED - PLAN SHOWS 122.58 FT. FROM THE
 STORAGE/KIOSK TO THE PROPERTY LINE. THERE IS A PROPOSED
 STORAGE/KIOSK BUILDING LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF THE
 FITNESS LAWN. THE BUILDING SETBACK DISTANCE HAS NOT
 BEEN PROVIDED. PLEASE NOTE THAT A MINIMUM BUILDING
 SETBACK OF 25 FT. FROM THE PROPERTY LINE(S) IS

 11.) SATISFIED - THE RECONSTRUCTION OF 26TH STREET IS
 NEAR COMPLETION AND THE NEW LAYOUT OF 26TH STREET SHALL
 BE REFLECTED ACCURATELY IN THE PLANS TO ILLUSTRATE HOW
 THE IMPROVEMENT WILL IMPACT THE INGRESS/EGRESS POINT
 INTO THE PARKS NORTH ENTRANCE.
  
 12.) SATISFIED - STRUCTURE IDENTIFIED AS A "SMALL CRAFT
 SELF LAUNCH" IN THE PLANS. THERE APPEARS TO BE A NEW
 STRUCTURE ATTACHED TO THE NORTHERN MOST EXISTING DOCK
 TO REMAIN. WHAT IS THIS STRUCTURE? PLEASE IDENTIFY IN
 THE PLANS.
  
 13.) SATISFIED - AUTOTURN DIAGRAM PROVIDED. PLEASE
 CLARIFY HOW BOAT TRAILER TRAFFIC WILL ENTER AND
 CIRCULATE THROUGH THE PARK SITE. PER THE CHANGES TO THE
 CMUD REGULATIONS AND VISION, THE INTENT IS TO KEEP BOAT
 TRAILER TRAFFIC OFF THE NORTHWOOD ROAD EXTENSION.
  
 14.) SATSIFIED - CLEARLY SHOW THE SETBACK DISTANCE OF
 ALL STRUCTURES. ALL STRUCTURES MUST COMPLY WITH THE
 MINIMUM SETBACK REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZLDRS.
  
 15.) SATISFIED - AUTOTURN DIAGRAM PROVIDED. AN
 AUTO-TURN DIAGRAM FOR LARGER VEHICLES/BOAT TRAILERS
 SHALL BE PROVIDED TO DEMONSTRATE THE SAFE MANEUVERING
 OF LARGER VEHICLES/TRAILERS THROUGH THE PARK SITE.
  
 16.) SATISFIED - BICYCLE RACKS SHALL BE EVENLY
 DISTRIBUTED THROUGH THE PARK. CONSIDER ADDING
 ADDITIONAL RACKS NEAR THE SPORTS COURTS.
  
 17.) SATISFIED - DETAILS PROVIDED IN SHEET C3.10.
 BICYCLE RACK DETAIL IS REQUIRED. THE RACK DETAIL SHALL
 BE CONSISTENT WITH THE STANDARDS OF THE CITY'S BICYCLE
 PARKING GUIDELINES. CONTACT PLANNING STAFF FOR THE
 BICYCLE PARKING GUIDELINES MANUAL.
  
  
 PARKING COMMENTS:
  
 1.) PARTIALLY SATISFIED - INCONSISTENCIES STILL
 DETECTED IN THE BOAT TRAILER PARKING NUMBERS AND ON
 STREET/OFFSITE PARKING. THE PARKING CALCULATIONS STILL
 DOES NOT ADD UP IN THE PLAN SET. CALCULATIONS PROVIDED
 MUST MATCH THE PLANS. PLEASE ADDRESS THE PARKING
 CALCULATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING: A) ON SITE BOAT AND
 TRAILER PARKING; B) ON SITE SINGLE VEHICLE PARKING C)
 ON STREET PARKING D) BICYCLE PARKING CALCULATIONS.
  
 2.) NOT SATISFIED - STALL STRIPING DETAIL PROVIDED IS
 NOT CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S STRIPING STANDARDS FOR
 PARKING. A PARKING STALL STRIPING DETAIL SHALL BE
 PROVIDED. THE STRIPING DETAIL SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH
 THE STRIPING REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY. [ZLDR S.94-485]
  
  
 ARCHITECTURAL PLANS:
  
 1.) SATISFIED - ALL SIGNAGE PLACE HOLDERS REMOVED IN
 ELEVATIONS. A NOTE ON THE ELEVATIONAL DRAWINGS STATING
 THAT "ALL PROPOSED SIGNAGE SHALL COMPLY WITH ARTICLE
 XIII, SIGN REGULATIONS, OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS)" SHALL
 BE PROVIDED.
  
 2.) PARTIALLY SATISIFED - BUILDING HEIGHT TO THE TOP OF
 THE PARAPET FOR THE EVENT PAVILION PROVIDED; HOWEVER,
 THE BUILDING HEIGHT (TOP OF PARAPET) NOT PROVIDED FOR
 THE CAF?? BUILDING. BUILDING HEIGHT DIMENSIONS MUST BE
 PROVIDED TO THE HIGHEST POINT OF THE BUILDING. THIS WAS
 NOT PROVIDED IN THE LATEST SET OF ARCHITECTURAL
 DRAWINGS.
  
 3.) NOT SATISFIED. THE KEY PLAN AND BUILDING SQUARE
 FOOTAGES PROVIDED IN THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS (EVENT
 PAVILION, CAFE BUILDING AND KIOSK) ARE STILL
 INCONSISTENT WITH THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE DATA
 TABULARS. THE BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE CALCULATIONS ARE
 STILL INCONSISTENT BETWEEN THE BUILDING CALCULATIONS
 PROVIDED IN THE SITE PLAN AND THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS.
 THE BUILDING CALCULATIONS MUST MATCH FOR CONSISTENCY.

 4.) NOT SATISFIED - ALTHOUGH THE PLANS ARE STILL A WORK
 IN PROGRESS, SIGNED AND SEALED FINAL PLANS WILL BE
 REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A SITE PLAN APPROVAL
 LETTER. FINAL ARCHITECTURAL PLANS SHALL BE SIGNED AND
 SEALED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED ARCHITECT. THE LATEST
 PLANS HAVE NOT BEEN SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE ARCHITECT.
  
 6.) NEW COMMENT - HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING SHALL BE
 MEASURED FROM THE GROUND ELEVATION FROM THE OUTSIDE OF
