 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. MAKE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS TO THE TREE
 DISPOSITION PLAN:
  
 1.1 SATISFIED. X SYMBOL ON TREE DISPOSITION PLANS
 REPRESENTS REMOVALS AND RELOCATIONS. USE THE X SYMBOL
 FOR REMOVALS ONLY AND PROVIDE A DIFFERENT SYMBOL FOR
 RELOCATIONS.
  
 1.2 SATISFIED. PLACE HEADINGS FOR COLUMNS ON ALL
 DISPOSITION LIST SHEETS.
  
 1.3 SATISFIED. ADD A COLUMN FOR TREE CATEGORY TO THE
 DISPOSITION LIST SHEETS.
  
 1.4 NOT SATISFIED. FOR TREES LESS THAN 20 FEET CANOPY
 DIAMETER AND PALMS THE CANOPY SQUARE FOOTAGE TO BE
 MITIGATED IS BASED ON CATEGORY. LIVE OAK CATEGORY 1 IS
 300 SQ FT, CATEGORY 2 IS 150 SQ FT, CATEGORY 3 IS 100
 SQ FT, CATEGORY 4 IS 50 SQ FT. COUNT NUMBER OF TRUNKS
 TIMES CATEGORY VALUE. APPLICANT HAS STATED THIS WILL BE
 PROVIDED IN A LATER SUPPLEMENT.
  
 1.5 NOT SATISFIED.CORRECTIONS MUST BE MADE TO TREE
 DISPOSITION CHART: CHINESE FAN PALM AND COCONUT PALMS
 ARE NOT INVASIVES. PLEASE PROVIDE THEIR CANOPY SQ
 FOOTAGE. PALM SQUARE FOOTAGE MUST BE PROVIDED THROUGH
 CATEGORY 3 OR CATEGORY 4 (SEE CATEGORY LIST FOR
 DETAILS). IT CANNOT BE SHOWN AS 1 FOR 1. PROVIDE THE
 TOTAL CANOPY SQUARE FOOTAGE THEREAFTER.

 SQUARE FT OF CREDIT. HOW IS THE TOTAL 1801?
  
 1.8 NOT SATISFIED. PROVIDE THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF
 MITIGATION DUE FOR ALL TREES AND PALMS PROPOSED TO BE
 REMOVED ONCE CORRECTIONS HAVE BEEN MADE. APPLICANT HAS
 STATED THIS WILL BE PROVIDED IN A LATER
 SUPPLEMENT.CALCULATIONS MUST BE PROVIDED AFTER
 CORRECTIONS.
  
 1.9. SATISFIED. TREE CANOPY AREA MEASUREMENT CHART ON
 SHEET L3.13 IS NOT CORRECT, VALUES SHOWN ARE FOR THE
 DMP OPEN SPACE CANOPY CREDITS. SEE CATEGORY LIST AND
 VALUES ABOVE.
  
 1.10 SATISFIED. TOTAL REPLACEMENT CANOPY CREDITS BY
 CATEGORY WILL NEED TO BE CALCULATED BASED ON THE FINAL
 PLANT LIST TO SHOW THAT MITIGATION IS MET.
  
 2. SATISFIED. SECTION 94-448 (D)(3) REQUIRES NATIVE
 TREES (AND PALMS) IN GOOD CONDITION TO BE PRESERVED ON
 SITE OR RELOCATED. PROVIDE AN ARBORIST REPORT FOR THE
 NATIVE TREES AND PALMS THAT ARE PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED
 DUE TO CONDITION OR UNABLE TO RELOCATE.
  
 3. SATISFIED. LIGNUM VITAE IS A SMALL TREE AT THE NORTH
 EDGE OF ITS VIABLE RANGE, AND ORANGE GEIGER MAY NOT DO
 WELL IN THIS LOCATION. IT IS BETTER TO CHOOSE A MEDIUM
 NATIVE TREE SUCH AS SILVER BUTTONWOOD THAT WILL THRIVE
 AT THIS LOCATION.
 REDUCTION OF QUANTITIES IS NOTED. THIS LOCATION IS
 ADJACENT TO SALT WATER AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO HIGH WIND
 AND SALT SPRAY DURING WIND EVENTS SO IS NOT COMPARABLE
 TO PROTECTED LOCATIONS.
  
 4. SATISFIED. FINAL SPECIES TREE COUNTS WILL NEED TO BE
 PROVIDED AND SUBSTITUTIONS CAN BE MADE LATER.
  
 5. SATISFIED. IN A LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENT CHART, PROVIDE
 THE PERCENTAGE AND SQUARE FOOTAGE CALCULATIONS FOR:
  
 5.1 TOTAL NON-BUILDING OPEN SPACE, MUST BE AT LEAST 50%
  
 5.2 TOTAL IMPERVIOUS AREA, CANNOT EXCEED 75%
  
 6. SATISFIED. USING THE 50% OPEN SPACE SQUARE FOOTAGE,
 CALCULATE THE REQUIRED TREES, FLOWERING TREES AND
 SHRUBS REQUIRED PER SECTION 94-442(C)(2)B. PROVIDE THE
 INFORMATION IN THE LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENT CHART.
  
 7. SATISFIED. SECTION 94-443(C)(3) REQUIRES THAT A
 MINIMUM OF 75 PERCENT OF ALL TREES THAT ARE REQUIRED TO
 BE PLANTED WITHIN THE INTERIOR OF AN OFF-STREET PARKING
 AREA SHALL BE CATEGORY 1 SHADE TREES. PROVIDE THE
 CALCULATIONS IN A LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENT CHART.
  
 8. SATISFIED. PROVIDE AN EXHIBIT SHOWING THE PARKING
 AREA SURFACE CALCULATIONS, PARKING SPACE AREAS AND
 LANDSCAPE AREAS PROVIDED TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTIONS 94-443 (C)(3) AND (4). PROVIDE THE
 CALCULATIONS IN A LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENT CHART.
 APPLICANT HAS STATED THIS WILL BE PROVIDED IN A LATER
 SUPPLEMENT.
  
 9. SATISFIED. LOCATIONS OF SOME EXISTING UTILITIES ARE
 IN QUESTION. ONCE FINALIZED ON PLANS, TREE CONFLICTS
 MUST BE ADDRESSED.
  
 10. SATISFIED. SEE COMMENT 6. 50% OPEN SPACE
 REQUIREMENT SQUARE FOOTAGE IS TO BE CALCULATED BASED ON
 THE ENTIRE SITE SQUARE FOOTAGE.
  
 11. SATISFIED. CONSIDER SHIFTING TREES TO LOCATIONS TO
 ELIMINATE THE USE OF ANY ROOT BARRIERS REQUIRED TO
 PROTECT UTILITY LINES. THIS IS BETTER FOR THE TREES AND
 SAVES ON COST.
  
 12. SATISFIED. COMPLETE THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY DESIGN
 OPTION LIST TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED 50 POINTS.
  
 13. SATISFIED. ARTIFICIAL TURF IS LIMITED TO THE
 LOCATIONS AS LISTED IN SECTION 94-451. THE CODE DOES
 NOT ALLOW FOR ARTIFICIAL TURF FOR CITY OWNED LOCATIONS.
 IF PARKS AND RECREATION DESIRES TO ALLOW IT IN PARK
 SETTINGS AND DESIRES TO AMEND THE CODE, STAFF NEEDS TO
 BE NOTIFIED OF THIS. ANY PROPOSED LOCATION NEEDS TO BE
 CLARIFIED, AS IT APPEARS THAT THE ARTIFICIAL TURF IN
 THE EXERCISE AREA HAS BEEN CHANGED TO RUBBERIZED
 SURFACE ON SHEET C-3.02.
  
 14. SATISFIED. SHOW LIGHTING LOCATIONS ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN AND RESOLVE CONFLICTS.
  
 15. SATISFIED. SHEET L2.11 LANDSCAPE SPECIFICATIONS IS
 BLANK.
  
 16. SATISFIED. PARKING AREA LOCATED ALONG THE NORTH
 PROPERTY LINE LACKS THE REQUIRED TERMINAL ISLAND SHADE
 TREES AT THE ENDS OF THE ROW OF 7 PARKING SPACES.
 SCREENING HEDGE IS ALSO LACKING ALONG THE WESTERNMOST
 SPACE.
  
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 9/20/22:
  
 17. SATISFIED. TERMINAL ISLAND TREE MISSING AT SOUTH
 END OF ROW OF PARKING FOR THE SOUTH PARKING LOT. IF THE
 SILVER BUTTONWOOD IS INTENDED TO MEET THIS REQUIREMENT
 A LARGER SHADE TREE WOULD BE BETTER PLACED TO PROVIDE
 SHADE FOR THE PARKING.
  
 18. SATISFIED ??? BOAT TRAILER PARKING ALONG NORTH
 PROPERTY LINE EXEMPTED, AS ONLY MODIFICATIONS MADE TO
 EXISTING CONFIGURATION. THERE ARE MORE THAN 10 SPACES
 IN A ROW OF THE REQUIRED PARKING SPACES IN THE NORTH
 PARKING LOT. SECTION 94-443(C)(3)B. REQUIRES AN
 INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND FOR EVERY 10 SPACES IN A ROW.
 AN ALTERNATIVE OPTION IS TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 94-443(C)(6) TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL TREE CANOPY IN THE
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER.
  
 19. SATISFIED. EXISTING PODOCARPUS HEDGE NEEDS TO BE
 SHOWN FOR THE EXISTING LIFT STATION SCREENING.
  
 20. SATISFIED. ALL PROPOSED TREES MUST MEET THE MINIMUM
 12 FT HEIGHT REQUIREMENT.

 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
