 WEST SIDE OF FLAGLER AS IT IS DIFFICULT TO DETERMINE
 THE LOCATION. ALSO ADD THE CURRENT STREET NAMES.
 -SHEET C6.04: THERE APPEARS TO BE A BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY
 PROPOSED IN THE MIDDLE OF A SIDEWALK. ENSURE BACKFLOW
 ASSEMBLY DOES NOT IMPEDE PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC.
 -SHEET C6.04: CLEARLY LABEL PROPERTY LINE. ALSO CANNOT
 CLEARLY DISTINGUISH WHAT THE DASHED AND DOTTED LINES
 JUST EAST OF THE BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY ARE ??? PLEASE
 LABEL.
 -SHEET C6.06: THERE APPEARS TO BE MULTIPLE RIGHT OF WAY
 LINES. IS THAT AN ERROR, OR IS THE RIGHT OF WAY
 BOUNDARIES CHANGING?
 -SHEET C6.06: ON THE LABEL OF 3 INCH MASTER WATER
 METER, ADD WORDING ABOVE-GROUND AND REFERENCE WATER
 SERVICE STANDARD DETAIL WS3. THE RPPA CALLOUT SHOULD
 ALSO HAVE SIZE AND REFERENCE WS7.
 -SHEET C6.06: WPB UTILITIES RECOMMENDS DUAL/PARALLEL
 BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES ON IMPORTANT DOMESTIC WATER
 SERVICES TO MINIMIZE WATER OUTAGES DURING BACKFLOW
 MAINTENANCE AND TESTING. CONSIDER ADDING ANOTHER RPPA
 FOR THE 3 INCH METER IF WATER OUTAGE WOULD BE
 PROBLEMATIC.
 -SHEET C6.06: WHY IS 3 INCH METER NOT PROPOSED IN 10
 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT?
 -SHEET C6.06: THERE SHOULD BE A CONTAINMENT FIRELINE
 BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY FURTHER UPSTREAM OF THE FIRELINE
 PIPING NEAR THE PROPERTY LINE, BUT SHOULD NOT BE IN AN
 EASEMENT. IF ADDING ADDITIONAL DCDA, BE AWARE OF THE
 ADDITIONAL PRESSURE REDUCTION.
 -SHEET C6.06: ADDITION DOWNSTREAM ISOLATION BACKFLOW
 ASSEMBLIES MAY BE REQUIRED. RECOMMEND VERIFYING AHEAD
 OF TIME IF REQUIRED FOR PLUMBING.
 -SHEET C6.010: ADD WPB WATER SERVICE STANDARD DETAILS
 FOR LARGE DOMESTIC BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY, LARGE
 ABOVE-GROUND METER, AND DOMESTIC SERVICE LOCATION. ADD
 ADDITIONAL SHEET IF NEEDED.
