2021-11-18 12:46:48THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. SITE IS WITHIN A SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREA (SFHA)
 WITH BASE FLOOD ELEVATIONS (BFES) OF 6 FT NAVD AND 7 FT
 NAVD. PRELIMINARY COASTAL FLOOD MAPS MAY SHOW HIGHER
 BASE FLOOD ELEVATIONS. STRUCTURES WITHIN SFHA SHALL
 HAVE MINIMUM 2 FEET OF FREEBOARD ABOVE THE BFE.
  
 2. THE CITY?S OFFICIAL VERTICAL DATUM PER CITY CODE IS
 NGVD1929. THE CITY IS ALLOWING SURVEYS AND PLANS TO USE
 NAVD1988 PROVIDED THE CONVERSION EQUATION BETWEEN
 NAVD1988 AND NGVD1929 IS ALSO PROVIDED. THE SURVEY AND
 THE CIVIL PLANS USE DIFFERENT CONVERSION FACTORS
 BETWEEN THE VERTICAL DATUMS NAVD1988 AND NGVD1929.
  
 3. SUGGEST RESERVING SHEET NUMBERS ENDING WITH .00 FOR
 OVERALL PLAN VIEWS.
  
 4. SHOWING ALL EXISTING WATER, SEWER AND DRAINAGE
 SYSTEMS WITHIN THE PARK. THERE IS AN EXISTING FM NEAR
 N. FLAGLER DRIVE THAT IS NOT SHOWN. THERE ARE OFFSITE
 DRAINAGE SYSTEMS THAT FLOW THROUGH THE PARK. SHOW THE
 FORCEMAIN FROM THE LIFT STATION AT THE NORTH END OF THE
 PARK.
  
 5. EXISTING SANITARY SEWER MAIN IS MISLABELED AS A
 FORCE MAIN.
  
 6. LABEL THE STREETS ON ALL OF THE PLAN SHEETS.

 D. HOW WILL ROCK RIPRAP REVETMENT AFFECT EXISTING
 DRAINAGE OUTFALLS?
 E. REPLACE ENDS OF OUTFALL PIPES WHERE THE SEAWALL IS
 BEING REPLACED. NEW PIPE SHOULD EXTEND BEYOND TIE BACK
 AREA OF SEAWALL. MANATEE GRATES MAY BE REQUIRED.
 F. REPLACE STORM PIPE FROM SEAWALL TO LIMITS OF WHERE
 THE PIPE IS REPLACED BY THE 26TH STREET UTILITY AND
 ROADWAY PROJECT.

 H. HOW IS THE RUNOFF FROM THE PARKING LOT ON SHEET
 C5.01 TREATED/MANAGED?
 I. AVOID PUTTING MANHOLES WITHIN PAVED WALKING AREAS.
 J. PROVIDE ADDITIONAL HORIZONTAL SEPARATION BETWEEN
 PROPOSED STORM AND EXISTING SANITARY SEWER.
 K. LABEL ELEVATIONS OF ALL CONTOUR LINES ON EVERY
 SHEET.
 L. WILL PROPOSED EXFILTRATION TRENCHES ALONG SEAWALL
 INTERFERED WITH THE SEAWALL ANCHOR SYSTEM?
 M. UTILITY SYMBOLS ON SHEET C5.08 APPEAR TO BE
 DUPLICATED AND NOT ALIGNED. FOR EXAMPLE THERE ARE
 MULTIPLE MANHOLE SYMBOLS IN OR NEAR THE DRIVEWAY TO
 26TH ST.
 N. THE CB SHOWN IN THE DRIVE FOR 26TH STREET DOES NOT
 SHOW UP ON THE SURVEY. IS THIS A NEW STRUCTURE? SUGGEST
 PUTTING THE STRUCTURE IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION AND
 CONNECTING TO PROPOSED DRAINAGE SYSTEM TO THE SOUTH.
 O. EXISTING CB OVER EXISTING 60? RCP ON SHEET C5.09 IS
 SHOWN AS MANHOLE ON THE SURVEY. NOTE ON THE SHEET
 INDICATES CATCH BASIN BY OTHERS. WHO IS ?BY OTHERS??
 SUGGEST LEAVING MANHOLE TOP AND INSTALLING A SEPARATE
 CATCH BASIN WITH PRB TO PREVENT FLOATABLES FROM LEAVING
 THE SITE. PERHAPS MOVE THE WEIR CONTROL TO THIS
 STRUCTURE.
 P. SHOW IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN LAKE WORTH LAGOON AND REFER
 TO OTHER SHEETS FOR DESIGN INFORMATION.
