2021-09-28 14:03:101. CONCERNS WITH ACCESS TO 15 FT. DRAINAGE EASEMENT AND
 10 FT. UTILITY EASEMENT THAT TERMINATES AT THE
 INTERSECTION OF ALLEY & EUCALYPTUS. THESE EASEMENTS
 WOULD HAVE TO REMAIN.
  
 2. WHAT ARE THE FUTURE PLANS FOR THE BLOCK AFTER THE
 PROPOSED ROW ABANDONMENTS? STAFF WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS
 OPTIONS TO IMPROVE AND MAKE MORE EFFICIENT THE GENERAL
 CIRCULATION OF THE SITE AND TO REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF
 CURB CUTS.
  
 3. ANY IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SOUTHWEST BLOCK ADJACENT TO
 THE PROPOSED ROW ABANDONMENTS WOULD FOLLOW THE DMP
 STANDARDS & REGULATIONS, NOT THE PD.
  
 4. CLOSING/ABANDONMENT OF THE ROW AND ALLEY REQUIRES
 THE CONTINUATION OF THE SIDEWALK AND ADDITIONAL
 PLANTING OF STREET TREES WHERE POSSIBLE.
  
 5. THE GARBAGE AND DUMPSTER ON THE CORNER OF 7TH STREET
 AND THE ALLEYWAY WILL HAVE TO BE INTERNALIZED TO THE
 PROPERTY AND SCREENED FROM VIEW WITH LANDSCAPING OR
 OPAQUE WALLS/FENCING.
  
 6. ABANDONMENT OF EUCALYPTUS ST. WILL SPLIT THE ROW
 BETWEEN THE NORTH AND SOUTH PROPERTY, THIS WILL REQUIRE
 AN OWNERS CONSENT FROM THE NORTHERN PROPERTY AS IT IS
 OWNED UNDER A SEPARATE ENTITY,
