 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE PLAN PREPARED, SIGNED
 AND SEALED BY A LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT AUTHORIZED BY
 F.S.CH. 481 PT. 2, PER SECTION 94-442(B)(1).
  
 2. SATISFIED. PROVIDE CALCULATIONS FOR BUFFER
 REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL PROPERTY LINES AND PROVIDE THE
 REQUIRED TREES OR NUMBER OF SUBSTITUTE PALMS PER
 CURRENT CODE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-443(B). REVISE
 TABLE TO SHOW NORTH-46? REQUIRES 2 TREES, EAST- 52.73?
 REQUIRES 2 TREES, SOUTH-125?REQUIRES 5 TREES, WEST ?
 50? REQUIRES 2 TREES. REVISE CHART AND PROVIDE THE
 REQUIRED BUFFER TREES.
  
 3. SATISFIED. CORRECT REQUIRED OPEN SPACE TO 40%, 2568
 SQ FT, REQUIRES 2 TREES, 1 FLOWERING TREE, AND 6
 SHRUBS.
  
 4. SATISFIED. PROVIDE LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 5. SATISFIED. REVISE PLANT LIST TO SHOW 12 FOOT MINIMUM
 TREE SIZES REQUIRED.
  
 6. SATISFIED. CORRECT THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY POINTS,
 BAHIA (PASPALUM NOTATUM) IS NOT A FLORIDA NATIVE PLANT.
  
 7. SATISFIED. REMOVE NOTE REGARDING TEMPORARY
 IRRIGATION FOR NATIVE PLANTS. SOME OF THE PLANTS ARE
 NOT NATIVE AND DO NOT QUALIFY FOR AN EXEMPTION. SUPPLY
 A PLAN SHOWING LOW, MODERATE AND HIGH WATER USAGE
 ZONES.
 8. SATISFIED. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-445 L.
 PLANT SPECIES. A MINIMUM OF 60 PERCENT OF PLANT
 MATERIAL ADDED SHALL BE FLORIDA NATIVE OR DROUGHT
 TOLERANT SPECIES SELECTED FROM THE CITY LIST OR THE
 LIST OF SPECIES IN THE MOST RECENT EDITION OF SOUTH
 FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT WATERWISE SOUTH
 FLORIDA LANDSCAPES.
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 2/7/22:
  
 9. SATISFIED. CIVIL PLANS SHOW D CURB ALONG SOUTH EDGE
 OF PAVEMENT, CURB NEEDS TO BE SHOWN ON SITE AND
 LANDSCAPE PLAN.
 10. SATISFIED. WATER AND SEWER LINES ON LANDSCAPE PLAN
 DO NOT MATCH THE CIVIL DRAWINGS AND THERE ARE CONFLICTS
 WITH TREES. THE DRAINAGE AND EXFILTRATION ARE TOO CLOSE
 TO THE TREES ON THE SOUTH SIDE. CIVIL DRAWINGS MUST BE
 COORDINATED WITH THE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT.
