 1/28/22 PLAN SUBMITTAL:
  
 1. VERIFY THE VERTICAL DATUM USED ON THE CIVIL PLANS.
 NAVD1988 IS NOTED TWICE ON SHEET C-1. THE SURVEY IS
 SHOWN TO BE IN NAVD1988 AND ITS ELEVATIONS ARE ~ 1.47'
 LOWER THAN THE SPOT GRADES SHOWN ON THE CIVIL PLANS.
 THE VERTICAL DATUM SHOULD BE CONSISTENT BETWEEN THE
 SURVEY, CIVIL, ARCHITECTURAL, LANDSCAPING PLANS.
  
 2. CONFIRM FEMA BASE FLOOD ELEVATION (12.7' NAVD)
 LISTED ON SHEET C-1.
  
 3. PARKING LOT STRIPING DETAIL TO BE CONSISTENT WITH
 STALL PAINTING DETAIL IN SECTION 94-485 OF THE CITY'S
 CODE OF ORDINANCES.
  
 4. LIST THE VERTICAL DATUM REFERENCE AND CONVERSION TO
 NGVD1929 ON EVERY SHEET WITH ELEVATION INFORMATION.
 THIS INCLUDES SHEETS C-2 AND C-3,
  
 5. REMOVE THE BUBBLE UP STRUCTURE IN THE RIGHT OF WAY.
 THE ON-SITE DRAINAGE SYSTEM WILL NEED TO BE DESIGNED
 FOR THE 5-YEAR DESIGN STORM EVENT BEFORE SPILLING OVER
 INTO THE RIGHT OF WAY.
  
 6. IN THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH EQUATION, H2 IS EQUAL TO
 THE VERTICAL DISTANCE BETWEEN THE CONTROL ELEVATION AND
 THE HIGHER OF THE BOTTOM ELEVATION OF THE EXFILTRATION
 TRENCH OR WATER TABLE ELEVATION.
  
 7. THE SLOPE OF SIDEWALK ALONG CLARE AVE, INCLUDING
 ACROSS THE DRIVEWAY, TO MEET ADA CRITERIA.
  
 8. IN SECTION 03 ON SHEET C-3, WILL THE BACK OF CURB BE
 EXPOSED OR WILL THE LANDSCAPING AREA MEET THE TOP OF
 CURB?
  
 9. STABILIZED CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE TO BE LOCATED
 OUTSIDE OF THE RIGHT OF WAY.
  
 10. PROVIDE MINIMUM BEARING STRENGTH FOR SUBGRADE.
  
 11. INCLUDE PRB'S IN DRAINAGE STRUCTURES CONNECTED TO
 EXFILTRATION TRENCHES TO EXTEND THE USEFUL LIFE OF THE
 EXFILTRATION TRENCH.
  
 12. DIMENSION THE THICKENED EDGE OF THE PROPOSED
 SIDEWALK SECTION 03 ON SHEET C-5 INCLUDING CALLING OUT
 THE TOOL JOINT.
  
 13. CREATE A DEPRESSED AREAS IN THE GREEN AREA BETWEEN
 THE BACK OF SIDEWALK/PROPERTY LINE AND THE BUILDING AND
 IN THE AREA BETWEEN THE WEST AND SOUTH PROPERTY LINES
 AND DRIVEWAY.
  
 14. THE LONGITUDINAL SLOPE OF THE SIDEWALK BETWEEN THE
 PROPERTY LINE AND THE PARKING LOT DOESN'T APPEAR TO
