 90-DEGREE PARKING CONFIGURATION, THE PROPOSED SPACE FOR
 PARKING ALONG DATURA MAY BE ALLOCATED OR CONVERTED INTO
 A GROUND FLOOR ACTIVE USE. THUS ELIMINATING OR REDUCING
 THE VARIANCE REQUIRED FOR ACTIVE USES ALONG DATURA
 STREET.
  
 2. PLEASE INCLUDE A HARDSCAPE PLAN THAT INCLUDES ALL
 ELEMENTS ALONG THE STREETSCAPE.
  
 3. PLEASE INCLUDE EXHIBIT WITH EXISTING ON STREET
 PARKING SPACE AND PROPOSED SPACES. IF EXISTING
 ON-STREET PARKING IS REMOVED, A REMOVAL FEE WILL BE
 ASSESSED.
