 9/1/21 SUBMITTAL (PDG PLAN RECEIVED 9/30/21):
  
 1. PROVIDE A GRADING PLAN INCLUDING PROPOSED FINISHED
 FLOOR ELEVATION.
  
 2. PROVIDE A DEMOLITION PLAN OF THE SITE AND ADJACENT
 RIGHT OF WAY.
  
 3. NUMBER THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED DRAINAGE AND
 SANITARY SEWER STRUCTURES FOR EASE OF REFERENCE.
  
 4. WHY IS THE EXISTING INLET EAST OF THE 22 FEET WIDE
 DRIVEWAY ON DATURA STREET BEING REMOVED? CAN IT BE
 CONVERTED TO A MANHOLE TOP?
  
 5. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THE TWO STORM PIPES CONNECTED
 TO THE EXISTING INLET BEING REMOVED?
  
 6. THE PIPE BETWEEN INLET PROPOSED ALONG THE CURB LINE
 OF DATURA STREET AT THE EAST END OF THE BUILDING AND
 THE EXISTING INLET PROPOSED TO BE CONVERTED TO A
 MANHOLE MAY NEED TO BE UPSIZED.
  
 7. FOR THE PARKING SPACE BETWEEN THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAYS
 TO DATURA STREET, IS IT NECESSARY TO ADJUST THE EAST
 CURB? CAN STRIPING BE PROPOSED INSTEAD? WHAT
 ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE TO THE EXISTING DRAINAGE
 INLET?
  
 8. LABEL PIPE DIAMETERS AND PIPE MATERIAL FOR EXISTING
 STORM PIPES.
  
 9. THE CITY DOES NOT ALLOW THE USE OF BLEEDERS IN
 CONTROL STRUCTURES FOR EXFILTRATION TRENCH SYSTEMS.
  
 10. PROVIDE A CROSS SECTION FROM THE CENTERLINE OF
 QUADRILLE BLVD PLAZA TO THE FACE OF THE BUILDING.
 PROVIDE DIMENSIONS OF ON-STREET PARKING AND DISTANCE
 BETWEEN BACK OF CURB AND PROPERTY/RIGHT OF WAY LINE.
 SHOW GRADE BREAKS AND SLOPE ARROWS WITH SLOPES.
  
 11. PROVIDE A CROSS SECTION FROM WEST PROPERTY LINE TO
 THE FACE OF THE BUILDING DEMONSTRATING THERE WILL NOT
 BE DIRECT RUNOFF ONTO THE ADJACENT PARCEL.
  
 12. SECTION A-A (ALLEY CROSS SECTION) ON SHEET CP101:
 A. WIDTH OF ALLEY IS MISLABELED;
 B. INDICATE THE VERTICAL DROP DISTANCE AT THE PROPERTY
 LINE AND SHOW THE CURB OR THICKENED EDGE;
 C. SHOW THE WIDTH OF THE PLANTING AREA ADJACENT TO THE
 BUILDING;
 D. THE CROSS SECTION SYMBOL ON SHEET CP100 SHOULD POINT
 TO THE EAST.
  
 13. IF THE SIDEWALK NORTH OF THE ALLEY IS TO BE ADA
 COMPLIANT THEN CURB RAMPS WILL BE NEEDED ON EACH SIDE
 OF THE 20? WIDE DRIVEWAY.
  
 14. ONSITE DRAINAGE STRUCTURES AND THE ROOF DRAINS
 CONNECTED TO THEM SHOULD BE DESIGN SO THE MANHOLE LIDS
 DO NOT BECOME DISLODGED DURING AN INTENSE STORM EVENT.
  
 15. STORM PIPE NOT SHOWN ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING.
  
 16. ANY STORM PIPE PROPOSED IN THE RIGHT OF WAY TO BE
 RCP, MINIMUM 15? DIAMETER.
  
 17. ON SHEET CP100, INCLUDE IN THE LEGEND THE VARIOUS
 HATCHING PATTERNS SHOWN ON THE PLAN.
  
 18. USE THE LINE TYPES IN THE LEGEND ON SHEET CP100 FOR
 THE EXISTING STORMWATER PIPES (STM VS. SD) AND STORM
 MANHOLES (CIRCLES WITH D VS. CIRCLES WITH SD).
  
 19. IF THE ASPHALT IS MODIFIED (TOUCHED) ADJACENT TO
 THE CURB RAMPS AT THE NORTHEAST AND SOUTHEAST CORNERS
 OF THE SITE (DATURA ST/QUADRILLE PLAZA DRIVE AND
 ALLEY/QUADRILLE PLAZA DRIVE INTERSECTIONS,
 RESPECTIVELY) THEN THE CURB RAMPS WILL NEED TO BE
 RECONSTRUCTED TO CURRENT ADA REQUIREMENTS IF THEY DO
 NOT MEET THE CURRENT ADA REQUIREMENTS.
