 STORM) WITHIN CITY R/W.
 -PROVIDE PROFILE FOR POINT OF SERVICE.
 -INCLUDE UTILITY CONFLICT/CROSSING INFO INCLUDING SOFT
 DIG/TEST HOLE REPORTS
 -ADD NOTE ON PLANS THAT THIS IS WITHIN THE LIFT STATION
 #40 SERVICE BOUNDARY.

 -SITE PLAN TALKS ABOUT A CONCRETE LIGHT POLE TO BE
 LOCATED ON EAST SIDE. WHO OWNS THE LIGHT POLE AND IS
 THERE A TENTATIVE DATE FOR THE RELOCATE? APPLICANT MAY
 NEED TO RELOCATE THE LIGHT POLE SO DRIVEWAY WILL BE
 FUNCTIONAL IF TIMETABLES NOT LINE UP.
  
 -THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF BUILDING IS SHOWING IN A
 VISIBILITY TRIANGLE ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 -DO THE NORTH BALCONIES EXTEND INTO THE ROW? ARE THEY
 ALSO ALLOWED TO ENCROACH INTO THE FRONT SETBACK?
  
 -THERE APPEARS TO BE A UTILITY POLE CONFLICT WITH THE
 USABILITY OF A PARKING SPOT ON THE WEST SIDE.
  
 -PLEASE SUBMIT DEMO PLAN AND PAVING PLAN SHOWING THE
 REMOVAL OF THE THREE DRIVEWAY APPROACHES AND
 CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW ONE.
  
 -LANDSCAPING PLANS AND SITE PLAN DO NOT SEEM TO MATCH.
 ONE EXAMPLE IS THE PARKING LOT DESIGN ON THE WEST SIDE.
 PLEASE MAKE SURE THE PLANS MATCH EACH OTHER WITH THE
 GENERAL LAYOUT.
  
 -ARE THERE ANY EXISTING UTILITY EASEMENTS FOR THE
 OVERHEAD ELECTRIC ON THE WEST SIDE OF PROPERTY?
  
 -THERE APPEARS TO BE MULTIPLE EXISTING SMALL WATER
 SERVICES BUT THE PLANS DO NOT SHOW THEM. THOSE MAY
 CONFLICT WITH PLANS AND MAY NEED REMOVAL.
  
 -PROPOSED TREES NEAR NORTH ROW MAY CONFLICT WITH
 EXISTING WATER MAIN.
  
 -DID NOT SEE UTILITY PLAN WITH PROPOSED WATER METERS,
 BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES, OR FIRELINE. REQUIREMENTS OF
 UTILITIES MAY BE HARD TO ACHIEVE WITHOUT PRIOR PLANNING
 AND MAY NECESSITATE SITE PLAN CHANGES.
  
 -ALLEY WATER MAIN WOULD LIKELY NOT ACCEPT NEW WATER
 SERVICES. OTHER NEARBY WATER MAINS ARE SMALL DIAMETER
 WITH LIMITED ACCESS.
  
 -PAVEMENT RESTORATION MAY BE REQUIRED FOR CONSTRUCTION
 ACTIVITIES IN ROW.
