 PROVIDED VIA EMAIL FOR THE ALLOWED TYPES OF BICYCLE
 PARKING FACILITIES AND ASSOCIATED DIMENSIONAL DETAILS.
  
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
 1. THE PROPOSED BICYCLE PARKING FACILITY SHALL MEET THE
 BICYCLE PARKING DESIGN STANDARDS PER ZLDR SUBSECTION
 94-481(Q)(2)(C). FOR THE BUILDING PERMIT SUBMITTAL,
 PROVIDE THE ELEVATIONS AND DIMENSIONAL DETAILS OF THE
 PROPOSED BICYCLE PARKING FACILITY. THE PROPOSED BICYCLE
 PARKING FACILITY SHALL BE PROPERLY INSTALLED ACCORDING
 TO THE APPROVED PLANS AND BUILDING PERMIT PRIOR TO
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
  
 2. FOR THE ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL, PROVIDE THE
 VERTICAL DATUM AND CONVERSION EQUATION TO SHEET C600
 AND PROVIDE AND/OR MODIFY DETAIL FOR PARKING SPACE
 STRIPING IN COMPLIANCE WITH ZLDR SECTION 94-485.
  
 2. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED, AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
