 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A. WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.
 B. PROVIDE AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS AND 2 SETS
 OF PHYSICAL PLANS, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11
 IN X 17 IN).
 C. PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
 D. IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
 E. A RESUBMITTAL FEE OF 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION
 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED AFTER THE FIRST

 PROVIDE A SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY.
  
 QUESTION: WHY HAVE THE DRIVE THRU START GOING SOUTH
 BOUND INSTEAD OF NORTH BOUND?
  
 WITH THE PROPOSED CHANGE IN THE FLOW OF TRAFFIC IN THE
 PARKING LOT, CONSIDER INSTALLING DIRECTIONAL SIGNS FOR
 SAFETY, ESPECIALLY WITH THE ONE-WAY TRAFFIC.
  
 INCLUDE SIDEWALK IN BASE PLAN.
  
 PROVIDE BICYCLE PARKING. (ONE PER TEN REQUIRED AUTO
 SPACES.)
  
 THE PEDESTRIAN AREA/CONNECTION TO THE SOUTH MUST
 REMAIN.
  
 SHOW THE IMPROVEMENTS ON THE EAST SIDE OF DRIVEWAY ON
 THE HULETT PROPERTY. WE CAN PROVIDE YOU WITH THE RECENT
 SITE PLAN.
