 (ELEVATORS, STAIRS AND ELEVATOR LOBBY). PLEASE LIST THE
 ADDITIONAL GBA FOR THE NEW OFFICE SEPARATE AND THE
 ALREADY ACCOUNTED GBA (TWO LINES SO IT IS CLEAR WHAT IS
 COUNTED FOR ADDITIONAL GBA).
 2. ATTENDANT PARKING SPACES ON THE TRAVEL LANES CANNOT
 BE COUNTED AS REQUIRED PARKING. ALL PARKING SPACES
 COUNTED AS REQUIRED SHALL BE PROPERLY STRIPED AND
 FOLLOW THE REQUIRED DIMENSION FOR THE SPACE AND DRIVE
 AISLE.
 3. PLEASE CLEARLY LIST THE APPROVED SQUARE FOOTAGE AND
 THE ADDITIONAL, THE APPROVED NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES
 AND THE PROPOSED (MINIMUM REQUIRES AND PROVIDED).
 PLEASE INCLUDE COMPACT, STACKERS, ADA CATEGORIES.
 4. THE 8TH FLOOR PARKING LEVEL IS NOW A DEAD END AND
 REQUIRES A TURN-AROUND SPACE.
 5. STAFF DOES NOT IDENTIFY ANY CHANGE ON THE BUILDING
 FOOTPRINT FOR THE 8TH LEVEL. PLEASE CLARIFY WHERE IS
 THE 3,706 SF INCREASE IN BUIILDING FOOTPRINT.
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE FACADES INDICATING THE CHANGES ON THE
 BUILDING ELEVATION FROM GARAGE SCREEN TO OFFICE SPACE.
 7. PLEASE CLEARLY INDICATE IN THE FLOOR PLANS THE
 SPACES THAT ARE PROPOSED FOR REMOVAL. STAFF COUNTS 42
 SPACES BEING REMOVED. 5 ADDED. TEH NUMBER IN THE
 JUSTIFICATION IS 50 SPACES REMOVED, PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT
 IS THE CORRECT NUMBER.
 FOR RESUBMITTAL PLEASE PROVIDE ONE PRINTED COPY OF
 DRAWING AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTATION, AND A CD WITH THE
 DIGITAL COPY.
