 1. AS PER THE CHANGE IN PROJECT SCOPE, STAFF RECOGNIZES
 THE DOWNGRADE
 FROM A MAJOR PD AMENDMENT TO THAT OF A MINOR PD
 AMENDMENT, AS THERE ARE NO CHANGES TO TOTAL SQUARE
 FOOTAGE OF ANY BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES ONSITE, NO
 CHANGES TO PD BOUNDARIES, OR CHANGES IN PD CONDITIONS.

 2. STAFF HAS CONCERNS WITH THE ADDITIONAL DROP-OFF
 LOCATION ALONG TRINITY PL. WITHIN PUBLIC LAND. THE
 PROPOSED DROP-OFF REQUIRES AND ENCROACHES SIGNIFICANTLY
 INTO CITY-OWNED LAND. IT WILL SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACT
 GREENSPACE ALONG FLAGLER DR. FOR THE USE OF AN EXTRA
 VEHICULAR DROP-OFF.CONVEYANCE OR USE OF THE CITY-OWNED
 LAND FOR THE DROP-OFF WILL REQUIRE SIGNIFICANT
 IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SURROUNDING GREENSPACE AND PUBLIC
 REALM ALONG BOTH THE ROW OF TRINITY PL. AND FLAGLER DR.
 TO COMPENSATE FOR THE NEGATIVE IMPACT OF THE ADDITIONAL
 DROP-OFF AREA. THESE IMPROVEMENTS SHALL INCLUDE
 ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING (STREET TREES, PLANTINGS, ETC.)
 SEATING, AND PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS.
 RESPONSE: COORDINATION WITH CITY STAFF HAS BEEN DONE TO
 PROVIDE THE REQUESTED IMPROVEMENTS.

 WILL REQUIRE AN APPROVED MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE
 CITY, WHICH ASSIGNS THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSOR, AND
 ASSIGNS THE RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN THE PD SITE,
 ROW, AND TRINITY PARK.
  
 CITY TO ISSUE A LICENSE OF NONEXCLUSIVE USE FOR PORTION
 OF CITY PARK PROPERTY GIVES PERMISSION TO USE THE LAND
 AND MAKE IMPROVEMENTS BUT CAN BE REVOKED AT ANY TIME BY
 THE CITY. FURTHER DISCUSSIONS NECESSARY WITH LEGAL
 DEPT., PARKS & REC., AND PLANNING.
  
 THE ADDITION OF THE MICRO-MOBILITY STATION ALONG
 TRINITY PARK NEEDS RELOCATION. LOCATION CONFLICTS WITH
 THE CITY?S BRIGHTLINE/BRIGHTBIKE SHARING STATION ALONG
 THE CHASE ST. AND PARK FRONTAGE. APPROVED PLANS FOR
 BIKESHARE LOCATION ATTACHED TO COMMENTS, AND EMAILED TO
 APPLICANT. ADDITIONALLY, THE MEETING WITH STAFF AND
 APPLICANT DETERMINED A LOCATION CLOSER TO THE ENTRANCE
 OF THE RESTAURANT OR ALONG THE S. FLAGLER FRONTAGE
 (ADJACENT TO THE SIDEWALK AT THE INTERSECTION OF
 TRINITY PL. & S. FLAGLER, ON OR CLOSER TO PD PROPERTY)
 AS A MORE APPROPRIATE LOCATION. NO CONCRETE PAD OR
 FACILITY HOOKUPS NEED TO BE INSTALLED AT THIS TIME,
 STAFF ONLY REQUESTS THAT AN APPROPRIATE SPACE IS
 RESERVED FOR WHEN A CITY MICRO-MOBILITY PROGRAM COMES
 ONLINE.
  
 3. WITH THE REMOVAL OF THE BUILDING ENTRANCE ON CORNER
 OF TRINITY PL. AND CHASE ST., STAFF IS CONCERNED WITH
 THE REDUCED CHANCE FOR ACTIVITY ON THE GROUND LEVEL OF
 TRINITY PL. WHAT IS GOING ON WITHIN THIS SPACE? A.
 SHEET C4.02 SHOWS ENTRANCES ON THE SIDEWALK AND CORNER
 SIDE, THESE CANNOT BE ACCESSED FROM THE TRINITY PL.
 SIDEWALK.
 RESPONSE: PLEASE SEE SHEET C4.00, THE DOORS HAVE BEEN
 REVISED.

 ESPERANTE & PHILLIPS POINT STREETSCAPE PROJECTS HAVE
 BEEN SEPARATED INTO TWO SEPARATE PROJECTS UNDER
 SEPARATE COVERS AND THE LIMITS OF SCOPE OF WORK BETWEEN
 EACH PROJECT IS SHOWN IN THE EXHIBIT ENCLOSED. THE
 TRANSITION POINTS BETWEEN THE TWO PROJECTS OCCURS AT
 THE EASTERN SIDE OF THE TRINITY PLACE AND CHASE AVENUE
 INTERSECTION AND ALSO MID-WAY ALONG FLAGLER DRIVE AS
 SHOWN IN THE EXHIBIT WITH A RED DASHED LINE. THE REASON
 FOR THE SEPARATION, IS BECAUSE THE ESPERANTE & PHILLIPS
 POINT STREETSCAPE PROJECT DOES NOT PROPOSE ANY BUILDING
 MODIFICATIONS, WHILE THE PHILLIPS POINT MINOR AMENDMENT

 ENTIRE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SITE AND THE SUBSEQUENT
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY, LANDSCAPING, AND IRRIGATION AS
 PART OF THE PROPOSED CHANGES.

 LANDSCAPING TO THE OUTDOOR DINING AREAS LANDSCAPING,
 AND ENHANCES PEDESTRIAN ENVIRONMENT WITH SHADE OR
