 TREES AND PALMS IN GOOD CONDITION TO BE PRESERVED ON
 SITE OR RELOCATED. ANSI A 300 (PART 5) STANDARDS
 SPECIFY EXAMPLES OF SUITABILITY RATINGS OF GOOD,
 MODERATE, OR POOR FOR RELOCATION. PROVIDE AN ARBORIST
 REPORT SHOWING CONDITION AND RELOCATION POTENTIAL FOR
 NATIVE TREES AND PALMS.
 PROVIDE AN ARBORISTS REPORT FOR THE NATIVE TREES
 PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED. TWO GREEN BUTTONWOODS AND ONE
 LIVE OAK.

 BENJAMINA IS CATEGORY 1 300 SQ FT MITIGATION DUE.
 MACARTHUR PALM IS CATEGORY 4 WITH 50 SQ FT MITIGATION
 DUE.
  
 7. SATISFIED. CORRECT THE TOTAL NUMBER SHOWN ON THE
 PLANT LIST FOR THE ADDED AND RELOCATED ROYAL PALMS.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 8/5/22:
  
 8. TREES AND PALMS ADDED NEAR PEDESTRIAN AREAS AND
 STREET MUST BE TALL ENOUGH TO ALLOW 7 TO 8 FEET
 CLEARANCE FOR PEDESTRIANS AND 13.5 FEET CLEARANCE AT
 THE CURB FOR VEHICLES. THE COCONUT PALMS MUST BE TALL
 ENOUGH AT INSTALLATION TO HAVE THE FRONDS ABOVE
 TRAFFIC. TREES THAT WILL BE IN PROXIMITY TO TRAFFIC
 AREAS MUST BE ABLE TO BE PRUNED TO PROVIDE CLEARANCE
 WITHOUT REMOVING THE STRUCTURE OF THE TREE.
 9. SEPARATE THE PLANT LIST INTO QUALIFYING TREES AND
 PALMS MEETING CODE HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS AND ACCENT OR
 ADDITIONS PLANTS THAT DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM
 STANDARDS.
  
  
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE
 STREET TREES AND RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND
 IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION.
 3. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE STREET TREES AND
 RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION. THIS WILL BE
 THROUGH A SEPARATE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY.
