2022-04-13 12:15:351. AS PER THE CHANGE IN PROJECT SCOPE, STAFF RECOGNIZES
 THE DOWNGRADE FROM A MAJOR PD AMENDMENT TO THAT OF A
 MINOR PD AMENDMENT, AS THERE ARE NO CHANGES TO TOTAL
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ANY BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES ONSITE,
 NO CHANGES TO PD BOUNDARIES, OR CHANGES IN PD
 CONDITIONS.
  
 2. STAFF HAS CONCERNS WITH THE ADDITIONAL DROP-OFF
 LOCATION ALONG TRINITY PL. WITHIN PUBLIC LAND. THE
 PROPOSED DROP-OFF REQUIRES AND ENCROACHES SIGNIFICANTLY
 INTO CITY-OWNED LAND. IT WILL SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACT
 GREENSPACE ALONG FLAGLER DR. FOR THE USE OF AN EXTRA
 VEHICULAR DROP-OFF.
  
 CONVEYANCE OR USE OF THE CITY-OWNED LAND FOR THE
 DROP-OFF WILL REQUIRE SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENTS TO THE
 SURROUNDING GREENSPACE AND PUBLIC REALM ALONG BOTH THE
 ROW OF TRINITY PL. AND FLAGLER DR. TO COMPENSATE FOR
 THE NEGATIVE IMPACT OF THE ADDITIONAL DROP-OFF AREA.
 THESE IMPROVEMENTS SHALL INCLUDE ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING
 (STREET TREES, PLANTINGS, ETC.) SEATING, AND PEDESTRIAN
 IMPROVEMENTS.
  
 3. WITH THE REMOVAL OF THE BUILDING ENTRANCE ON CORNER
 OF TRINITY PL. AND CHASE ST., STAFF IS CONCERNED WITH
 THE REDUCED CHANCE FOR ACTIVITY ON THE GROUND LEVEL OF
 TRINITY PL. WHAT IS GOING ON WITHIN THIS SPACE?
 A. SHEET C4.02 SHOWS ENTRANCES ON THE SIDEWALK AND
 CORNER SIDE, THESE CANNOT BE ACCESSED FROM THE TRINITY
 PL. SIDEWALK.
  
 4. "WATER WELL FOR COOLING SYSTEM" VAULT SHOWN IN
 SIDEWALK/ROW. NOTE CLAIMS TO PUT THIS VAULT AT GRADE,
 PLANS ALSO SHOW 3'-7" OF CLEARANCE ON THE SIDEWALK.
 WILL VAULT IMPEDE PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC ON THE SIDEWALK,
 PLEASE CLARIFY?
  
 5. END OF DROP-OFF WHERE TRINITY PL. MEETS FLAGLER DR.
 WILL REQUIRE AN ALTERATION TO THE EGRESS TO
 DISCOURAGE/PREVENT ENTRANCE FROM SOUTHBOUND CARS ALONG
 FLAGLER DR. THE TRINITY PL. EXIT REQUIRES SIGNAGE FOR
 STRAIGHT AND RIGHT TURN ONLY, WITH THE ADDITION OF A NO
 ENTRY SIGN ON FLAGLER DR.
  
 6. MINIMUM WIDTH OF TWO-WAY SHALL BE 18'. PLEASE
 INCREASE AREA AROUND DROP-OFF TO BE 18' IN WIDTH AT A
 MINIMUM PLUS THE SIDE GUTTERS.
  
 7. WHAT IS HAPPENING THE WITH FDC CONNECTION WITHIN THE
 TRIANGULAR SECTION OF GREENSPACE BETWEEN TRINITY PL.
 AND FLAGLER DR.? IS THIS BEING RELOCATED? PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
  
 8. PLEASE MODIFY OR REALIGN THE EXISTING PEDESTRIAN
 PATH FROM TRINITY PARK, ADJUST IT TO BE PERPENDICULAR
 TO THE SOUTHERN SIDEWALK ALONG TRINITY PL (MAKING A
 MORE DIRECT/SHORTER PEDESTRIAN CROSSING OVER THE
 TRAVEL/DROP-OFF LANES).
  
 9. ADDITION OF A SIDEWALK ON THE NORTH SIDE OF TRINITY
 PLACE WITH ADDITIONAL STREET TREES.
  
 10. PLEASE CONFIRM ALL RESTAURANT SEATING IS OUTDOORS,
 NOT ENCLOSED, AND NOT UNDER AC.
  
 11. IS THE BUILDING COLOR PROPOSED TO BE CHANGED FROM
 THE EXISTING PINK? RENDERS SEEM TO SUGGEST CHANGE.
  
 12. PLEASE PROVIDE FDOT APPROVAL FOR THE STREETSCAPE
 CHANGES ALONG LAKEVIEW AVE.
  
 13. A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY SHALL BE
 APPROVED ASSIGNING THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS, AND
 ASSIGNS THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE
 ENTIRE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SITE AND THE SUBSEQUENT
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY, LANDSCAPING, AND IRRIGATION AS
 PART OF THE PROPOSED CHANGES.
  
 14. THE PLANTERS SCREENING THE GARAGE FACADE SHALL BE
 RESTORED WITH PLANT MATERIAL.
  
 15. WILL HAVE TO COORDINATE IN THE FUTURE WITH SPECIAL
 EVENTS IN REGARDS TO TRINITY PL. ACCESS AND
 CIRCULATION, ESPECIALLY DURING THE PB BOAT SHOW AND
