 AUGUST 12, 2022
 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
  
 1. SATISFIED. ON TREE SURVEY THE TREE DISPOSITION CHART
 COULD NOT BE FOUND. A DETAILED LIST DESCRIBING SPECIES
 , CONDITION AND DIAMETER BREAST HEIGHT FOR EACH TREE
 PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED OR RELOCATED.
 A. THE SURVEY SHOWS TREES MARKED WITH SYMBOLS FOR PINE
 TREE WITHIN THE ACCESS EASEMENT AREA AND PROPOSED AREA
 OF INITIAL CLEARING. ALL TREES NEED TO BE IDENTIFIED ON
 A TREE DISPOSITION PLAN AND LIST FOR THE ENTIRE
 EASEMENT AREA.
 B. THE EASEMENT AGREEMENT SHOULD BE AMENDED TO INDICATE
 HOW FUTURE TREE REMOVALS AND CLEARING SHALL BE
 PERMITTED IF IT IS NOT ALL GOING TO HAPPEN WITH THE
 INITIAL SUBSTATION CONSTRUCTION AND PERMITTING.
 C. REMOVAL OR TRIMMING OF AUSTRALIAN PINES ALONG THE
 ACCESS ROAD THAT IS PROPOSED TO BE PAVED AT 20 FEET
 WIDE SHOULD ALSO BE INDICATED ON THE TREE DISPOSITION
 PLAN.
 D. THE CITY WOULD REQUEST TO HAVE ALL INVASIVE EXOTICS
 REMOVED WITHIN THE EASEMENT AREA PER SECTION
 94-448(F)(11) AND CITY POLICY 10-2. INVASIVE EXOTIC
 SPECIES NEED TO BE IDENTIFIED AND A REMOVAL PLAN MUST
 BE SUBMITTED AT THIS TIME.
  
  
 2. PARTIALLY SATISFIED. NATIVE TREES AND PALMS IN GOOD
 CONDITION MUST BE PRESERVED ON SITE OR RELOCATED.
 94-448 3. INVESTIGATING IF MITIGATION OPTIONS ARE ABLE
 TO BE COMBINED WITH PUBLIC UTILITIES WETLAND
 MITIGATION.

 SLASH PINES CANNOT BE RELOCATED SO WOULD BE ANTICIPATED
 TO REQUIRE MITIGATION.
 SABAL PALMS WOULD BE RELOCATED. MITIGATION AND
 RELOCATION CAN BE PROVIDED ANYWHERE WITHIN THE CITY
 OWNED PARCEL AND MAY BE COMBINED AS PART OF WETLAND
 MITIGATION.
  
 8/12/22 THE 23 SABAL PALMS SHOWN IN GOOD CONDITION MUST
 BE RELOCATED.
 SHOW AS RELOCATES INSTEAD OF REMOVAL AND SHOW FINAL
 LOCATIONS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND INCLUDE ON THE
 PLANT LIST. THIS LESSENS THE MITIGATION BY 2400 SQ FT.
 IF THERE IS ANOTHER REASON FOR REMOVAL, PLEASE PROVIDE

 TOTAL MITIGATION DUE 14,116 + 4,226 = 18,342 SQ FT.
  
 WITHOUT THE SABAL PALMS, AND IF NO MITIGATION TREES ARE
 BEING PROVIDED, THE PAYMENT IN LIEU OPTION WOULD BE

 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
